About Todd J. Rubino
My wife and I purchased the cottage in 2015. I have been coming to the River since 1973 when I was 7 years old. The fishing is world class. The scenery is stunning. My wife, two daughters (20 & 16) and myself have vacationed in the area every year.

Why Todd J. Rubino chose Fishers Landing
The cottage is located in Fishers Landing on Mullet Creek Bay with 1000 Island Bridge and Shipping Lane views. The main land location affords easy travel to visit points of interest in the area. The Villages of Clayton and Alexandria Bay are 10 minutes away.
What makes this Cottage unique
The cottage has protected dockage for your boat. The dock is a great spot to watch your children catch perch, sunfish, or rock bass. The screen porch is the perfect amenity of this property. Mullet Creek Bay provides a great spot to Kayak.

It suited our need perfectly and we truly enjoyed our stay. We were able to meet the owner and it was a pleasure. We will be back.
We had a wonderful time a Todd is a friendly fellow an a great host
perfect 1000 island location
comfortable and clean cottage. Loved seeing the 1000 island bridge lights from the screened porch or living room. perfectly located to either the Alex bay or Clayton/ Vincents Landing areas.
Cottage is well maintained, very clean and the owners are very friendly. It's located in the center of everything !!!!
Everything is sparkling, and the owner really cares that his guest have a good experience. Right on the river and dock included, let us relive years of staying on our liveaboard boat in the islands. Only downside is that you can't drink the water, but New York State which contaminated it is providing a generous supply of bottled water in gallon jugs. We plan to go back!
Beautiful vacation spot
This was a beautiful cottage. It was immaculately clean with all the items we need to get meals, take showers and live just like home. The location was excellent. We watch birds and had a favorite chipmunk that visited often. Watch the Blue Heron walk up and down the dock and enjoyed every minute of our stay. So glad we picked this cottage. Can't say enough about the area and Todd was a wonderful host. We're going back next year.
