The bungalow is located three or four minutes walk from Padstow harbour and even less to the Camel Trail.
From the living room, master bedroom and front terrace, you can see the white sandy beaches of Rock, the ferry making its regular estuary crossing and the plethora of sailing craft, speedboats, and fishing boats as they thread their way around the estuary. To the north, it is possible to see the surf breaking on the beaches as far as Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Turning towards the south, you can see the River Camel well beyond the old railway bridge as it winds its way towards Wadebridge. In summary, these are some of the very best views available in Padstow.
The master bedroom has two matched single beds that will be configured to your requirments before your arrival as either a super kingsize bed, or two singles. The second bedroom benefits from a double bed and has the added advantage of an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has two single beds and there is a good quality double sofa bed in the generously proportioned living room.
Clean linen and towels are provided weekly but guests will need to bring their own beach towels. There is parking available in the secure parking bay, or on the road directly in front of the house. Check in is anytime after 3p.m. and the property should be vacated by 10a.m. on the morning of departure.
