It has a private location on Copperhill Street, close to all of Aberdovey's amenities, being only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the sea front and beach, The property also has a private courtyard with parking for 2 cars which is quite rare in Aberdovey.

It is an Home from Home holiday property where you will feel comfortable when you walk through the door into the large hall/entrance.

The property is ideal for couples or families and offers 3 bedrooms but can sleep up to 8 persons with an extra bed in the rear study and a put u up bed in one of the bedrooms.

The property is available for holiday rentals all year round on a 2/3/4/7 night basis.

​The property has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and has a further family bathroom with shower, bath and WC, it also has a separate WC with hand basin. The property has a nice secluded private rear decked area that is a fabulous sun trap.

Outside: nice secluded private rear decked area that is a fabulous sun trap. Various chairs, loungers and drinks tables. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: all linen included but no towels. Spare linen in airing cupboard. if booking more than 1 week a house clean and linen change will be arranged at a time to suit you. Other: There is a rear study that can sleep an extra 1 person if required.

didn`t want to leave!!

absolutely fabulous house that is much much bigger than expected. Super size kitchen(very well equipped) that as 2 families made it all good fun. We had never been to Aberdovey before so didn`t appreciate that parking can be difficult and costly so having a private courtyard was a true bonus. I guess the owners are arty or musical as the house is full of interesting things. We loved it !! Just to let others know, Aberdovey is a lovely unspoilt little fishing village with stunning views. We did drive out into Snowdonia as lots to see, the coast road to Barmouth is awesome.

I have no problem giving a 5 star rating,situated steps away from aberdoveys scenic front this stylishly furnished,decorated, and spotlessly clean accommodation,provided use with every comfort and notch!!!!!!
