This is a stunning 3-bed sea view apartment located in the sought after Pentire area. The apartment is spacious and boasts a small balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun - a perfect end to the day. Uluwatu is located within easy walking distance of both the famous Fistral surfing beach and the River Gannel Estuary.It is also close to coastal walking paths and ideally located for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse-riding. There are a number of family attractions within easy reach including the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo Easy access to local facilities, including a range of shops, fashionable bars and restaurants. Historic picturesque working fishing harbour in the town. Bus and rail service to outlying areas and only seven miles to Newquay airport. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, balcony with sea views and views of green heritage site Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, gas central heating and double glazing. Two communal lawns, bike racks, allocated parking space and visitors parking. Fully furnished lounge/diner with sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Named after a point break wave in Bali, Uluwatu is suitably named to be yards away from the best surfing beach in Europe.

I am from the South West and have spent many a holiday in my childhood playing on the beaches of Newquay. I come back regularly as it has always been a magical place for me. I am a lover of the great outdoors and the sea, sun and sand and coastal walks never lose their appeal.

Uluwatu is ideally located between Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary. Whichever way you turn, you cannot fail to be impressed.

Pentire is a sought after part of Newquay, close to the bars, pubs, restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is furnished to a high standard. Views from the balcony extend to the sea and across a green heritage site. The balcony gets the sun in the afternoon and evening - the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.

The owners of the complex regularly meet and combine together to ensure that the building is and remains as it should be with ease of living our priority.

Uluwatu apartment was beyond expectations, the apartment is quite spacious and well fitted out with all necessary requirements including extras that we never thought about. Good views to the sea from the balcony. Well worth the effort in getting there.(Patrick McCabe)



Apartment was exactly as it said on the tin. Photos on intranet were in no way misleading. Apartment was lovely and had many little extras which made it stand out, eg full of games, dvd's and cd's . The view from the bedroom window was beautiful, loved waking up to see the sea. (Elaine Mountford)

Fab apartment and stunning location

This is a stunning apartment in a lovely spot that's a couple of minutes walk from the beech. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious and well equipped with all mod cons. The broadband is super fast ! The flat was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to host your own dinner party. If you want to eat out there's an amazing restaurant just down the hill from the apartment called the

Lewinick lodge that does a great sunday lunch. The lodge faces the sea and has panoramic views of the coast. We will be back !

Amazing appartment - fantastic location

This is a lovely property in a perfect location for a family holiday in Cornwall . The house has 3 fab bedrooms - the master is massive with a fantastic en-suite. It is literally a few minutes walk from Fistral beach and a longer walk or short drive to several others. Beaches here are so beautiful and the coastal paths are stunning. Lots of great places nearby to visit if weather is not beach weather. I would definately recommend a holiday here and we hope to be back again soon, thank you.

Amazing break

This apartment is in a prime location with stunning views, especially at sunset. Inside has lovely modern and fresh decor. The premises is surprisingly very spacious, there were 5 adults and 1 child (age 11 so not a small child) during our stay and we were never suffocating one another. We loved Pentire that much (when you visit you will realise this location really is the best in the area) we started looking for our own holiday home in the area!

Ben (the landlord) was a great down to earth guy and gave us the heads up on some of the best restaurants to visit. This really added a lot of value to our holiday.

Fiscal beach was great and we all had a go at the surfing (a few had over estimated our abilities and were downgraded to boogie boarding but all equally as good fun). There are many secret coves and bays you could easily spend each day at a different beach. As a family we all enjoyed the simple things that we hadn't done for many years like playing a game of cricket on the beach. a wonderful holiday and will certainly be re-visiting and would highly recommend Ben and his lovely apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Newquay.

This apartment has everything what I was looking for. Enough space for 6 people, 3 separate bedrooms, a well equiped kitchen,and a good location near the beaches but most of all for a view over the Fistral Beach to the Headland Hotel in which our son works as a chef.

Ben the owner off this beautiful apartment was very helpful. For the last two days of our stay in Newquay his apartment was already booked. So he arranged a other apartment for us. We had nothing to do just to come and to enjoy.

The best for last. Have you ever had a walk on Fistral Beach, naked feet, water to knee at midnight.Undescribably!

What a fantastic location we woke up to sea views and the smell of the ocean. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want. The owner was quick with replies and helpful with the booking. I am already looking at dates for next year.

Great location & very well equipped

A very comfortable stay in a great location. Close to Fistral - children and grandparents managed the walk to the beach . Nice walk over beach to Rick Steins fish n chips and the excellent Lewinnick lodge is just around the corner. Very well equipped appartment - all you need and wine and sweets were very welcome on arrival ! Would recommend to anyone who wants easy access to beaches and walks and there is good road access to popular Cornish destinations. Thanks Ben .
