The villa was completely renovated in 2012 to a very high standard. It has wonderful views of over 50 miles looking over La Sella golf course, Montgo National Park, orange groves and Valencia to the north. It is detached and completely private with its own pool measuring 8 by 4 metres. There are sunbathing, shady and BBQ terraces which provide endless al fresco dining possibilities.

Jan and Malcolm have owned the villa since 1997. They live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands together with their family and two pet dogs, Georgie and Tommy. They are both keen Golfers playing off handicaps of 3 and 6.

We bought a property in this area because it combines the beauty of the countryside and mountains with golden sandy beaches. There are a wealth of activities in the area from golf to horse riding, from lazy days by the pool to theme parks, from mountain pursuits to days on the beach.

It is within an hour's easy drive of both Valencia and Alicante airports and enjoys easy motorway access.

The villa is completely private and has fabulous views of over 50 miles.

What makes this villa unique

The villa was completely renovated in 2012 to a very high standard. It has wonderful views of over 50 miles looking over La Sella golf course, Montgo National Park, orange groves and Valencia to the north. It is detached and completely private with its own pool measuring 8 by 4 metres. There are sunbathing, shady and BBQ terraces which provide endless al fresco dining possibilities.

There is also a completely private apartment on the lower level which is ideal for those wanting a little extra peace and quiet whilst the party continues upstairs.

Notes on accommodation: Pets are not accepted. Outside: The villa has a private pool measuring 8m x 6m. There are a number of terraces with a choice of eating areas including a BBQ terrace. The BBQ is brick built and burns BBQ coals. There are sunshades and sun beds. Utility Room: On the lower level there is a utility kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, sink and kettle. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen is included and is changed weekly. Towels are not included.

A must for a chill out holiday

This was our third time at Jan and Malcolms villa. It was a perfect week, the villa is spacious and comfortable. Views are outstanding. Locally there is a restaurant/bar and a small supermarket. If you feel active there is tennis and horseriding. The villa is not far from the beach and Denia. Denia's Monday market is a must for bargains. If you are lucky you will book when the local villages have their fiestas, the firework displays are amazing. When we go again it will be our first choice.

Beautiful Villa with fantastic views.

The villa was well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It was also very nice to have the option of a separate apartment as we were a party of two couples. Jan and Malcolm were every helpful with prompt replies and they provided comprehensive information both with direction to and information about the villa. We had an enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation re-booking the lovely villa.

Beautiful, modern & chic villa! Stunning views 😍

The villa was so beautiful, I'd refused to look at pictures beforehand and trusted my boyfriends (excellent) taste. When we got to the villa..as cheesy as it sounds...it took my breath away! The Villa retains perfect elements of rural and traditional beauty, balanced with a modern, chic and beautifully decorated interior. We felt like we were in our own little haven with a private pool and barbeque. The owners were so friendly in communication and made sure every aspect of our stay, was comfortable, enjoyable and easy. The views from the villa are unbelievable and didnt cease to take our breath away whilst breezing past the panoramic view Windows, or sipping some wine on the balcony or sitting by the pool. I would highly recommend holiday makers, travellers, life lovers...to give this villa a visit. Magical :-)

Lovely villa

A lovely villa with stunning views, very clean and well maintained. Jan was very prompt in replying to emails and the information and maps she provided were very helpful.

The pool was really nice and the outside dining area on the terrace was the perfect place to eat in the evening. Would thoroughly recommend.

The perfect place to relax.

Thus Villa is amazing and finished to a very high standard with stunning views and all the amenities you could wish for, and the pool is beautiful.

Jan did everything possible to ensure everything was right for us, from booking to directions to where to find places.

I cannot recommend this highly enough and am sure we will return.

Perfect place to unwind!

Must have revisited about 10 times now and each time I think about a return trip. The pool is clean and well kept. The views are fantastic and the beach is just s short drive away. The owners always recommend nice restaurants which is reasonably priced. On the one occasion the umbrella beside the pool broke but was repaired within 24 hours. There is a shopping centre nearby which is perfect to grab a coffee and escape the heat! We will certainly return :0)

The villa is conveniently located about 15 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Javea and Denia. Rocky beaches on secluded coves can be found close to Moraira about 20 minutes away.

Travel:

The villa is situated within the Denia Marriott La Sella Golf resort and Spa on the Costa Blanca in Spain and is equidistant between Alicante and Valencia airports. They are 1 hours drive away by motorway. Use of a car is essential.

Distances:

Denia is less than 5 miles. Javea 8 miles. Benidorm 20 miles (Sea World, Terra Mitica). Moriaira 10 miles.

Notes on prices:
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY VILLA. PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND FIRM. WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE ON PRICE. The weekly rental price is variable and will relate to the first date of occupancy. The rental includes an allowance for house and linen cleaning.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable on booking. This will be returned, subject to damage, on safe return of keys. The rental payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
