Casa enrico is a lovely apartment in a nice location situated in an elavated position with views that will take your breath away. Newly installed personal Wi-Fi and gas bbq. Air con in all rooms, having 2 bedrooms both with sea views and two bathrooms both with showers, a modern kitchen which is well aquiped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, sink and living area, with a table and chairs there are large patio doors leading to a veranda with table and chairs for eating outside or just to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The property is equiped with a good air conditioning system, sat tv parking outside your door.

This apartment is located in a village complex which was completed in 2012 so still very new, in a small seafront town called Nebida, which has become famous because of the monument called pan dì zucchero which is a small Island just off the coast that dominates the panoramic view that you have at Nebida.

From Cagliari airport it is just 1 hours drive to reach Nebida on one straight road, making access easy.

This is a really nice apartment and you will not be disappointed.

Buggerru. Ancient mining center offering today a beautiful wild coast and a long sandy shoreline that starts from the town of San Nicolò and arrives at Portixeddu.

 Going north you can reach the  Costa Verde where you will find a wilderness and spectacular beaches surrounded by sand dunes such as Scivu and piscinas and the ghost mining village of Ingurtosu.

South Coast there is Punta Trettu and Porto Botte. Perfect beaches for kite surf lovers. Even if you do not practice "kite" Stop for a few minutes and admire the dozens of colorful kites in the sky.

Port de Su Trigue. Beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise waters unfortunately subject to the phenomenon of the Boulders that periodically remove or deposit the sand from time to time that will form the arena of the beach.

Porto Pino. Extremely fine white sandy beach and turquoise waters. The coast is divided into three beaches: The first, the second and the dunes. The last two are preferred as wild and less crowded.

The Famous dunes are only accessible by foot along the beach and it is strictly forbidden to cross them.

Arriving at the beautiful beaches, admire the beautiful lagoons populated by numerous bird species.

Towards Cagliari

Walking along the beautiful panoramic road towards Teulada you will encounter postcard beaches among them, Porto Tramatzu, Tuerredda and Chia with turquoise waters and breathtaking views.

Sant'Antioco. The Island is connected to the land by a bridge. The best beaches are located in the south and In the northwestern part. 

The west coast is still very wild and characterized by high cliffs with jagged rocks with a chance to enjoy spectacular views.

Starting from Sant'Antioco, in the south, and by completing the circumnavigation of the Island you will find:

Maladroxia. The preferred beach for families offering many services: there are bars, kiosks and restaurants.

 Coequaddus. It offers crystal clear waters and lush vegetation along the coast

 Cala Sapone. Small quay between outcrops gullies and islets reachable both on foot and by swimming. 

Nearby there are some restaurants that offer typical cuisine.

Cala Lunga. A characteristic creek similar to a fjord embedded in wildlife. 

Spiage Grande. Great Beach. It is a long and beautiful beach (about 1600 meters) featuring soft golden sand.

The Saline. Fine white and crystal clear waters of the Saline. The name derives from the old saltwater where they made salt, now of course not in use. Next to it is a beautiful beach.

Sottotorre/ below the tower.

With white calm waters the colour of emeralds.  Located in Calasetta's city center.

 At the foot of the Sabauda tower of the XVIII century there is a bar / restaurant with magnificent sunsets.

Portoscuso

Portopaglietto. Golden sand and calm waters sheltered from the majestic winds. There are two restaurants Where you can enjoy seafood specialties.

 La Caletta. Small cove in the historical center of the village frequented by the local families.

For nature lovers, we suggest a non-demanding trekking of (about 6 km A / R) from the small pine forest to Capo Altano the  route takes you along a small dirt road overlooking the sea immersed in the Mediterranean shrub. Once you arrive you will enjoy a landscape which is enchanting which ranges from Sant'Antioco to the Tower at Cala Domestica.

North Coast

The coastal stretch between Portoscuso and Buggerru is considered one of the most fascinating of the Mediterranean. It follows the SP 108, a beautiful panoramic road linking Portoscuso to Gonnesa. Where you can find Portopaglia beach and the village of the same name, an ancient settlement used during the season of tuna fishing and today converted to a tourist residence. Going northward, the Gonnesa coast offers the beaches of Punta S'Arena and Plagemesu (Middle Beach). The beaches are equipped with some beach bars and restaurants.

 Nebida is an old mining settlement that has become a must for lovers of trekking Sports climbing and water sports. Do not miss the walk along the belvedere restaurant.Which offers spectacular views of the sea, ancient mining facilities and faraglions. Portu Cauli - Masua. There are two small beaches with excellent services for tourists from which it is possible to do Boat excursions, canoes or pedalos to the discovery of the Pan di Zucchero  (imposing high calcareous rock of 133m) with the beautiful coast full of wild caves and creeks. 

For lovers of history  not to Miss a visit to the Porto Flavia mining site at Masua

Cala Domestica. Wild beach surrounded by dunes and ancient mining ruins.  When you arrive at the beach there are rocks on either side, but on the right there is a small tunnel / cave if you pass through this tunnel there is a hidden intimate beach.

The best thing about this property is its position with fantastic views and easy access. With parking outside the door, local shops just a stones throw away, but the main thing has to be you have the luxury of the use of the swimming pool, you are in an elevated position and in the summer months a welcoming breeze through the large patio doors that look out to sea.

What makes this house unique

Easy access and fantastic views with the most remarkable sunsets you have ever seen. The use of the pool but you cant see it or hear it. Also the fact that it has two bathrooms helps.

Outside: Outside there is a nice balcony at the rear with amazing views of the coast and the grounds of Tanca Piras. To the front there is a small garden with a parking space for 1 car. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, linen, towels for showering, cleaning before you arrive.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage in toller Lage über dem Meer

Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, es war alles da was man brauchte. Der Blick vom Balkon Richtung Sonnenuntergang ist großartig! Die Wohnungsübergabe durch Stephen war völlig unkompliziert. Die ganze Anlage ist steil in den Hang gebaut, wer einen direkten Zugang zum Meer haben möchte, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Der Pool ist aber schön und sauber und mit tollem Blick, und der nächste Strand ist ca. fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt ein Restaurant in der Anlage, das aber nur unregelmäßig geöffnet hat (zumindest im Oktober), und zwei weitere fußläufig erreichbare im Ort. Unbedingt einplanen: einen Besuch in der Felsenbar "Al 906 Operaio", mit atemberaubendem Blick bis zum Pan di Zucchero. Die Trattoria "Pan di Zucchero" in Nebida, die z. B. im aktuellen Marco Polo - Reiseführer erwähnt ist, gibt es nicht mehr. Alles in allem: ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung (allerdings waren in der Nachsaison nicht mehr sehr viele Wohnungen belegt, im Hochsommer ist es vielleicht nicht ganz so ruhig ;)). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!

Alles so wie beschrieben. Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett.

Alles bestens, leider gibt es auf der Terrasse vor der Eingangstür (Ostseite) keine Sitzgelegenheit, so dass man nicht in der Sonne frühstücken kann.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comment. I'm sorry you did not have the sun in the early morning at the front of the house. But I'm sure the beautiful sunsets you experienced when eating your dinner on the lovely balcony overlooking the sea made up for it. You are right the sun reaches the front in November around 10am and in the summer around 6 am. So maybe come earlier in the season then you can have breakfast in the front and dinner on the balcony, both in full sun. Thanks again for your comment it is much appreciated. Best wishes. Stephen.

The closest beach is the one in the complex which is a small cove made up of pebbles and rocks, but is a difficult path and may not be sutable for small children. The main beaches are just 10 mins drive by car, best and most popular beach is Masua 10 mins by car or 30 mins walking.

Travel:

Cagliari airport is the closest beach about 50 mins by car. The same for the port.
