Cottage in St Ives, Cornwall, England - Tucked Away On Cobbled Lane Just Moments From St Ives Harbour Beach

Tyreen is a fully renovated Downalong cottage in St Ives and has 3 bedrooms (the master has sea views from the side bedroom window), 3 bathrooms and a designated garage 10 minutes walk away. It is just moments from Harbour beach and also Porthmeor beach and a short walk to the town centre with all of the shops, pubs, delis, bistros and galleries. The house has been beautifully furnished to comfortably accommodate a family of 6 but would be equally comfortable for smaller parties or even a couple wanting something special. The kitchen is has all the mod cons and also has a large dining table which leads through into a seating area with TV. On the ground floor there is a large comfy sofa with TV and SKY package. There is also a wet room for showering after the beach or for those that want to nip up from the beach to use the loo! The house is light and offers a warm and welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. A luxury feeling home from home with the added benefit of being just a short walk from the lively centre of St Ives.

We accept one well-behaved and house trained dog with a few doggy house rules. These are all clearly outlined in our booking terms and conditions which you accept when booking our property.

Please bring along the essentials - poo bags, dog shampoo, dog towels, dog beds etc. We know how important it is to have your dog on holiday with you which is why we allow your pet to come too but we ask you to respect our neighbours and others that will be holidaying at the home after your stay too.

We love St Ives because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches with a great range of water sports, bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible by road or rail. Flights come into Newquay from London City Airport.

Amazing place

This place has everything, the location is one of the best in St Ives, 2 minutes to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, walking slowly, Harbour beach seconds away, perfect for if the dog wants to go out early morning and later in the evening. One minute from the pubs and restaurants, can not say enough.

The Cottage itself is excellent, everything is to a high standard, actually I should mark it down as I have had to spend £200 on buying new cushions that my wife liked. This is not the sort of place that has Tesco value products, everything is a quality product from the televisions, cutlery and pots and pans. The fact it has Sky is great as well, I know you do not go on holiday to watch TV, but after a day slaving under the sun on the beach, sometimes it is nice to sit back and watch a film with a beer or glass of wine to relax. Bathrooms have good showers, wet room straight from the beach is ideal.

We will definitely be back soon, thanks.

Outstanding. Best holiday cottage in St Ives

This place was absolutely outstanding. Modern, spacious, immaculately clean and with everything you could hope for. A wet room downstairs with street access so you can shower straight off the beach, a massive L shaped sofa with SKY TV (very hand with kids), TV's with DVD players in each room, lovely new kitchen. Absolutely fantastic. The owners have taken so much care in offering a really special place to spend your holiday. All dealings with the owners were easy and fab, nothing too much hassle and a very personal service. To top it all you have your own private garage close by so no difficult parking issues. The cottage opens onto a picturesque cobbled street leading straight onto the harbour, literally 2 minutes to the beach. This may not be the cheapest cottage in St Ives but is worth every penny - if you are trying to decide where to go - go here you will not regret it - best family holiday we have had.

Changeover Day:
As a rule this cottage is a Friday changeover but we are flexible so please ask when emailing enquiry.
