Flat 2 Miller Bridge House is a ground floor apartment with private off street parking for two cars. The apartment comprises of a spacious hallway with plenty storage for walking gear, large lounge with uninterrupted views which is ideal for relaxing and taking time out. Off the lounge is a kitchen / dining room providing seating for four. Two double bedrooms each have a king sized bed and en-suite facilities. Miller Bridge House is situated a short walk across Rothay Park to the centre of Ambleside. There is a wide selection of walks and cycle rides from the apartment with Lake Windermere being only a 15 minute walk away , with a variety of boat trips and water sports.

The flat is like home from home!!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Miller Bridge House - Flat 2, it was the perfect place for us. Good sized rooms, all rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. After a long day out enjoying all that the Lake District has to offer it was pleasing to go back 'home' and be assured of having a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Although the weather wasn't very kind to us, because we had such lovely accommodation it really didn't seem to matter what the weather threw at us!

We know it is very easy to say that "we will definitely be using this accommodation again", but on our next visit to the lakes this is the place for us. Our only disappointment in Miller Bridge House was....leaving it behind!! Many Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home, Best Regards Geoff & Halina Day.

Lovely spacious flat, good location

Lovely spacious flat, perfect for our family of two adults and two children. Short walk into Ambleside and you can walk up into the hills behind the house from the doorstep. Quiet location. Everything was in good working order.

Note for parties with children - there is a rather fabulous new playground about 5 minutes walk from the house suited for a good range of ages (zip wire, mini trampolines, multiple slides, roundabouts etc.). This is in the park you pass through to reach Ambleside, it's too new to show on google maps as yet. Definitely a plus if you have playground aged children!

Perfect.

We had a lovely week at your accomadation. We found it very well equipped and very clean. The beds were really comfy and the flat nicely furnished. The location was perfect, very quiet but only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ambleside. No need to use the car,great walks from the house. We will definitely return.

A damage deposit of £100 will be taken when the balance is paid and returned once the property has been inspected.
