View at Belyars Croft is a luxury ground floor apartment with level access from the car park. There is one car parking space a real bonus in the busy summer months when it can be virtually impossible to park near to town.
The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area has large windows, with a window seat and French door framing super views over the communal garden across St Ives bay.
It is generously equipped, we hope with everything you require for a relaxing, memorable holiday in St Ives. There is access through the French doors to your own private decked and small grass area, with a table and 4 chairs.
Outside you will also find a bike store for guests to secure their bikes.
It is located in the Belyars area of St Ives, a peaceful location yet within easy reach of the beautiful beaches and hustle and bustle of this lively cosmopolitan town.
Take a look at our special low season rate £400 per week (excluding school holidays, Christmas and New Year).
Cassandra has a life long love of Cornwall borne out of family holidays growing up and holidays with her own son. Richard fell in love with St Ives and the surrounding area from the moment he was introduced to it. It never fails to take our breath away and after years of visiting we still have a list of things we want to do each time we come down. We feel privileged to be able to own a second home here and have furnished and equipped it to meet our own high standards. Whatever your interests, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Cassandra Rawlings and Richard Tomlinson purchased this apartment in 2015
St Ives is a bustling town with the most amazing beaches and country side on its doorstep. The Belyars is a peaceful location within a short walk of all the bars, restaurants, cafes and amenities you will need for your holiday. You could walk to a different beach every day of your weeks holiday or catch the train to Carbis bay or Lelant within 15 minutes. There are good bus services if you wish to visit other parts of Cornwall although the timetables for public transport are more limited in the quieter months.
Perfect location to stay at for special occasions. On New Years Eve St Ives becomes a huge fancy dress party, great fun for all the family either to watch and choose your favourite outfits or why not join in. There is a fireworks display in the harbour at midnight, watch from the Malakoff a great vantage point just a couple of minutes from the apartment
From the moment we arrived I knew we had found a little gem. The property is light, bright and ultra modern with all the mod cons you could ask for. Ideally placed just a short stroll from the town with beautiful sea views. A fabulous stay in a beautiful property.
We had a lovely week in St Ives. Having not visited that part of Cornwall before the area was brilliant and we had so many great excursions/sights/shops to chose from.
The apartment worked perfectly for us too. The beds were really comfortable with nice bed linen and the kitchen very well equiped.
If we return to St Ives we would definitely look this place up again.
Property had every thing we needed and great quality, large king size bed was amazing.
The weather was so good for October and allowed us to take in the views from the much enjoyed walk from St Ives to Carbis bay. We ate out regularly and St Ives has so much choice within a short distance from the apartment. The Firehouse was probably our favourite.
Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. It was very suitable for us as we were a couple with another adult and the two bathrooms and televisions in each of the bedrooms were a real plus. It was good to be able to open the door to the terrace each morning and enjoy the really fresh air of St Ives, I am missing it already!. We would have liked two sets of keys in case we decided to go out separately. I know we could have used the key cupboard but it would have been easier to have the second set. The lights problem was sorted out very promptly which was pleasing. We did get fitter because of the steep climb from the town but also used the taxi service (only £3.80) on three occasions. We had a lovely time in gorgeous St Ives and were very lucky with the perfect October weather. I would certainly recommend the apartment to friends and relatives as it was perfect.
Our stay 24th Sept-1st Oct 2016
This property has the wow! factor and has everything that is required for a very pleasant stay. We were very impressed with the card, wishing us a happy stay and the welcome basket of coffee, tea, very good selection fruit teas, shortbread, bottle of wine, fresh scones, clotted cream and jam along with two pints of milk, just the sort of thing that puts a smile on your face on your arrival, thank you. The apartment was so modern and clean with beautiful white fluffy towels etc and the big bed was so comfortable. I only had one small issue on arrival and that was with the key safe, it was pouring with rain and it just would not open, no matter what then all of a sudden it just opened, not the best key safe but hey ho.
We had a lovely holiday here and I would recommend it to friends and family. St Ives also is lovely and we found the people there to be very friendly and chatty helping us to find different things and recommending places to go and places to eat. We found some really nice places to eat although we did not spend all the time in St Ives. We were touring and exploring Cornwall at it's best from this wonderful base and it was so welcoming to return each evening and be able to relax in this beautiful apartment.
I would not think twice about a return visit to this property because the owners Cassandra and Richard made sure that we had the best holiday possible. Thank you Both.

This is a spacious tow bedroom apartment with an outdoor patio overlooking the garden and has a seaview. There is 1 parking space for the apartment and if not available, pay parking a short distance away at the Leisure Center. The walk to the beach and town is 10 minutes downhill. Very easy. Returning is strenuous uphill, so take your time, or a bus if late in the day (runs till 7pm). Taxis run until late if needed.
The apartment is well fitted and everything operates very well. After walking all about town, this is one of the best locations possible as the traffic is not as difficult as downtown or near the beaches, and there are many enjoyable walks in all directions from the apartment.
We strongly recommend this property for the combination of amenities, space, location and convenience for any stay in and around St. Ives.
Porthminster beach is a 10 minute stroll downhill with half a mile of golden sand, calm seas and safe bathing, RNLI lifeguard patrols in the Summer. Facilities include toilets and a beach café. There are beach huts for hire and a putting green. Dolphins, porpoises and seals are often seen in the bay.
There are 7 beaches within 3 miles of St Ives, several within easy walking distance.
Each has its own appeal, try Porthmeor for water sports, surfing & award winning beach café/restaurant

St Ives is world famous for it's art history and is home to the Tate St Ives, Barbara Hepworth Museum and Leach Pottery. There numerous galleries and several places run painting and creative workshops throughout the year for adults and children.
Fishing and pleasure trips depart from the harbour in the centre of town where you will find a large selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a post office, several banks, chemist, butchers, bakeries and grocery stores selling local produce. The butcher also keeps catch of the day Newlyn fish and they are happy to order in the morning for afternoon delivery or for the following day if there is anything you would like especially.
