The villa is 2 minutes from the beach and 4 minutes from the town, the beauty of Moraira is there are limited hotels so you do not get the vast amounts of British tourists. Most people holidaying here rent villas or apartments. The town has lovely shops, restaurants and bars and the beach is beautiful and the local area has superb facilities.
What makes this Villa unique
We particularly chose our villa for it's close proximity to the town and beach and the fact that we have all day long sun around our pool. The views from the rear over the grapevines to the local hills are spectacular.

The villa is as you seen on the photos - really charming and with wonderful outside space.
The location is great - close to the beach and to the city centre.
The hosts were also great and responded timely whenever we needed.

A well equipped villa with loads of outdoor living space where one can choose sun or shade. All equipment to have a great villa holiday are provided. Close to the beach and the town and the villa is well located for superb places to eat within walking distance.
Great Holiday Home
This is a really great place to stay if you are holidaying in Moraira. The location is wonderful - you really can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and the centre of the town in 10 minutes. The house was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with a lovely homely feel. The garden and outdoor area were perfect. We hope to stay here again next year.
Great location but noisy with the daily refuse collection, busy road and youth club
We had a lovely holiday and the villa is close to Moraira and very convenient. We’re being hyper critical but for the type of property and weekly charges the kitchen was tiny, the do’s and don’ts list felt a bit unwelcoming and the pool surrounds were dirty. We ended up washing the slabs down ourselves to try and avoid the towels getting too grubby. On the whole we loved our holiday experience and there are some tremendous restaurants close (Maxim’s and Kosta were exceptional). The villa just needs a bit of TLC to justify the cost and fabulous location...
Luxury in the sun
We're a little late writing this review purely down to being rubbish with our admin but this villa is amazing.
Hidden away behind high walls but once through it's a haven of pure luxury. The finishing touches around the villa make it feel like home. There was a helpful welcome pack on arrival with lots of bits in the cupboards to use too.
The honesty bar is a great idea so on arrival we found the outside fridge full of beers and water with some spirits on the side. Just replace what you use before you leave so the next guests have the same experience; genius!
The walk into town is 5-10 minutes depending on your pace and the restaurants are plentiful. The meals we had were lovely and well priced plus there were lots of shops to walk round if you wanted.
We enjoyed our stay so much we are booked to return again at the end of October. We're thinking this will be a week away once a year as it truly is a fantastic place to stay.
You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa in a good location
This is a fantastic villa in an excellent location, close to the town and all amenities. The villa is beautifully maintained and has a lovely garden and pool. There is an outside bar and eating area just right for those lazy days by the pool. I would definitely book again.

MORAIRA This ‘Jewel in the Costa Blanca crown’ has grown from a tiny fishing
village into the most appealing and unspoilt town on the Costa Blanca with a backdrop of rolling mountains. This upmarket picturesque costal town has been achieved largely by strict planning controls regarding build density, reserved green areas and a limit of just four residential storeys for apartments which has created a distinctive ‘low-rise’ character to the town and surrounding area. Moraira’s terrain is undulating hillside and slopes, with a broad valley sweeping through Teulada to meet the Mediterranean at Moraira’s shore. For several
kilometres this valley adds further to Moraira’s distinctive character, the valley bottom consists of protected vineyards which extend down to the coastal road in the middle of town. Attractive Villas are cradled between the gentle slopes of this valley, which are nestling between pine trees and palms and in turn help maintain the lush appearance of the flourishing vegetation and mellow feel to this landscape. Apart from the lack of high rise, the other feature lacking in Moraira is any significant number of hotels. This again adds to Moraira’s special ‘feel’ not only in structural terms but an added bonus is that virtually the only tourists who stay in Moraira are either villa owners or those privately renting villas, this also means that Moraira has a more stable year-round population, therefore not overrun in summer, not deserted in the winter, making it the perfect year round holiday destination. The quaint and typically Spanish original village lies between the marina and the fishing harbour with its adjacent daily fish market, and the partially pedestrianised village centre which boasts an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes shops and boutiques to suit all budgets, with its old church surrounded by a combination of both sandy and pebble beaches and intriguing coves. There is an 18th century castle on the shore offering spectacular panoramic sea and coastline views, alternatively you could take a boat trip and admire the 360° view from the clear Mediterranean Sea. If you are looking for watersports head for El Portet cove which was originally a safe haven for ships and is within a pleasant walking distance. If you are in mind for more of a thrilling day out Benidorm is easy accessible and approximately 35 to 40 minutes drive away offering theme-parks and water-parks alike. Golf lovers will be thrilled to know that there are three golf courses in Moriara. Whatever way you decide to spend your days and evenings it is essential to spend some quality time in at least one of the many bars and restaurants along the shore sipping your favourite
tipple. We can strongly recommend the local Gin and Tonic. The region’s great climate dictates a top beach holiday destination, in the summer expect hot
temperatures and clear blue skies. The climate is Mediterranean so the warm
surrounding seas and southerly location make for mild winters too. Moraira enjoys as many as 325 sunny days each year and average annual temperature is 20 ºC, ranging from 25 ºC in peak summer to 11 ºC in mid winter. July tending to be the hottest month. What's not to love about this place it could be your secret
escape, you will be anticipating your return.
