Penhale 15 (B15), Apartment in Perranporth, Cornwall

Perranporth's golden sandy beach and coastal path can be enjoyed all year round by those seeking reflection, perspective and exhilaration. Families and couples can experience surfing, kite boarding, coasteering or just watch while others get wet in the sea. The opportunity to play a round of golf, horse-riding, or to use the local tennis courts, boating lake, bowling or to visit the Cinema or Zoo at Newquay along with many other holiday attractions will add a variety to your stay and there is a good range shops and pubs in Perranporth with a choice of leisure centres which can be found within a short drive.

Penhale 15 is a spacious three bedroom penthouse suite which boasts a seaview situated on the second floor of the Atlantic Bay Apartments. Accommodation can be found through a communal internal staircase which will lead up to your private apartment and to the entrance of two other apartments. Once inside, the accommodation is on one level apart from two steps from the hallway into the lounge /diner and kitchen area.

Kitchen comprises: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine with a combined tumble dryer. Lounge/diner: extendable dining table with six chairs, full size TV, DVD player, WiFi, and comfy sofas. Bedroom one: double bed (4ft 6ins) with an ensuite shower room, hand basin and WC. Bedroom two: 2 single beds (3ft), bedroom three: 2 single beds. Bathroom: electric shower, hand basin and WC.

Heating: Night storage heaters are fitted in all living areas, electric heaters in all bedrooms. Pets: One small dog is welcome but must be supervised at all times and not allowed to go onto furniture or beds. The dog must be kept on a lead when in the communal area for safety reasons and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after the dog.

Ground floor lockable store: ideal for surf boards, with hangers for wet suits. Already equipped with windbreak, beach chairs and 2 body boards. One small dog welcome. The Atlantic Bay Management Committee will impose a £100 penalty for any person whose pet fouls on any part of the estate and is not seen to have cleared it up.
