This very spacious holiday home is offered to 8 guests and is the perfect choice for a family holiday in this most sought after area.

This house is presented over 3 floors and offers the use of a large garage and off road parking for at least two vehicles.

Featuring the ground floor with double bedroom leading out onto the lower conservatory area. This then leads outside to steps leading up to the private enclosed garden. There is also a utility room and a ground floor shower room available on this floor.

The first floor offers spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. There are doors from the dining area out onto the front balcony. Doors from the lounge area open into the first floor conservatory/playroom and then steps down from here lead onto the private enclosed rear garden.

The second floor features the master bedroom with en-suite with shower cubicle, bath and w/c. There is also a juliette balcony from this room with views over the garden and sea peeps.

There is one twin bedroom and one bunk bedroom both with rear aspect on this floor. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and w/c.

Outside there is a private enclosed rear garden with a trampoline, outside furniture and barbecue.

To the front of the house there is a driveway suitable for two cars to park and there is also use of the large garage for parking or storing boats, bikes etc..

This detached house is a very spacious and is beautifully located just a short walk away from the sandy beaches.

We had a fabulous stay at The Beach House in Sandbanks. The house was a very good size for our family of 8 and the garden with the trampoline was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the welcome basket of scones, jam and cream plus a few other luxuries. We will definitely be booking to stay again.

Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £200 which can be taken from a credit card 2 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked the monies are released within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.

Notes on prices:
We would require all guests to complete our reservation form and to pay a £200 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is invoiced 8 weeks prior to the stay. All payments are acknowledged and receipts and booking confirmations are sent.

Please note a 3% fee for any credit card payments taken.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
