Edinburgh Waverly which is Edinburgh's central station is only a ten minute walk away and the new city tram stop which goes straight to Edinburgh International Airport is round the corner from the house on York Place. The house is stunning and we always wanted to buy a place in Edinburgh for our family to use and for us to run as a top quality holiday let.

Its so central and yet very peaceful. Whenever we stay there its always a great experience.

Staying in such an amazing house and yet within walking distance from all the major shops, restaurants, theatres, music venues, cinemas, in fact there's too much to list here!.

Its just great to be in the centre of such a great city.

Very modern and quiet house in the center of Edinburgh

We had a family trip and spent two nights in this lovely house in the centre of Edinburgh. The location is really great - very central but quiet, with two parking places, which is luxury in the centre of Edinburgh. The rooms look exactly like the photos - modern, luxurious and super clean. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which is very practical for ten of us. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the owner or staffs ran very smoothly. There has always been a fast reply, whenever we asked any questions. Checking in was also fast, easy and very welcoming. We will definitely come back again if we have another visit to Edinburgh. Thanks for hosting us.

A truly wonderful place to stay!

The house was perfect for our group of eight ladies. Location allowed us to walk just about everywhere. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well equipped. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back one day. Can't say enough about this property.

Fantstic property in quiet, convenient location

My family loved staying in this beautiful, spacious apartment. It had all of the amenities you could ask for, and was on a quiet street that was in easy walking distance of most of the city's attractions. We parked our car when we arrived and did not need it until we left. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in: 4.00pm on Arrival Date (if arriving after 9pm £30 will be added to booking)

The Property is let on a self-catering basis for a maximum of 10 adults.
Any additional night(s) must be confirmed not later than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date and will be charged at the rates advertised for that time of year on a per night basis, subject to availability.
There are to be no extra guests staying in the house (eg: on sofas or floors). Any additional guests found to be within the Property will result in you losing your deposit.
Pets are permitted within the ground floor of the Property only, provided prior consent has been given. Any pets found using any other areas will result in you losing your deposit.
In the interests of other residents living within the proximity of the Property, there are to be no parties in the house or outside in the private patio area.
Any accidental breakages or damage must be reported before you leave so we have time to replace/repair.
The house is to be left in a clean and tidy manner including cleaning the bbq. All rubbish must be secured in plastic bin liners and put in the appropriate bins provided outside the back gate.
