3 bedrooms with large garden set in the Sunflower fields and vineyards of Duras

Lovely spacious 3 bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 6 people.

The house has a large living/dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC.

The property sits on over an acre of lawns with a large decking area surrounding an above ground pool, which is fenced in. The owners live in the property next door, so are always on hand to help with any assistance you may need.

There is also internet access.

About Lindsey Barnes

We have lived and worked in France since 2006 with our 3 children. Both sons have now gone off to University, one in England and one in Bordeaux, so only our 12 year daughter and our dog Ruby are living with us now.

We have spent the last two years converting our barn and we managed to move into it last year.

Our barn is situated next door to the holiday home, but both properties are separate and very private.

We purchased this property as we loved the location and the area.

We had been visiting the region with the children for holidays and fell in love with it.

Notes on accommodation: Please note that as the pool is an above ground pool, there is no shallow end. The depth is 122cm (4 ft) Outside: Large garden area, approximately 1 acre. All lawn with large decked area around the above ground swimming pool (7m x 3.5m). BBQ, sun loungers and garden table and chairs supplied. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, linen and pool towels will be provided and changed on a weekly basis. The property will be cleaned on changeover day.
