It is a stone's throw from the beach and mooring facilities. It is a short drive away from the bustling village of Gaios. Surrounded by pine tress and beautifully cared for gardens. There are amazing views overlooking the lovely bay of Mongonisi, across to the mainland on one side and to Antipaxos on the other. You will relax as you enjoy the deep colours of green and blue, the lovely fragrance of the pines, the sound of birdsong all around and a deep feeling of peace soon follows.
The comfortable villa has provided a family home for over 30 years. You will find everything you need here for you and your friends to enjoy a relaxed, peaceful and unforgettable holiday. Three very private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms (one double and one twin) are separated from the main house by a courtyard. There is an eat-in kitchen; huge terrace with wrap-around sea-views and an outdoor dining area in the shade of a luscious wisteria and grapevine pergola.
The kitchen is fully equipped for modern cooking and the dining and living area are well laid out to provide open plan family space. There are also two outside seating areas, one complete with a built in BBQ, that are truly unique and allow you to enjoy the best of the views in the cool of the morning and evening sun. Wi fi can be accessed in the living areas.
The island is renowned for its beauty and is particularly lovely during the Spring and early Summer months as the wild flowers cover the landscape. There are many easy walks through the olive groves to a nearby village with one small bar and shop, or for the more adventurous, along the road, to the main town of Gaios.
Hiring a car, or bicycles is highly recommended to make the most of your time on the island allowing you explore the unique beauty of the landscape along roads and tracks that will lead you to small inland villages and sometimes to the startling blue seas.
