"We're a family from Kent with two children, so the location of this gite is ideal for walks into the town centre, strolls by the sunflower fields in the evening and site-seeing. lots of great chateaux - Breze is the best as so unusual. Go mushroom picking on the road from Montsoreau to Saumur. Must see the gala at Cadre Noire if you like Horses (Saumur). Enjoyed swimming in the river, which has lots of fish."
