About Rupert Howard
We are a family from Surrey with three adult children. We have enjoyed many Cornish beach holidays over the years and look forward to providing many happy holidays for our guests.
Rupert Howard purchased this House in 2015
Why Rupert Howard chose Constantine Bay
We bought this property because of the great location. Just 10 meters from the beach, and 20 meters from the Treyarnon Bay shop you have everything you want at your fingertips.
What makes this House unique
Atlantic House is the perfect place to go to get away from it all. You can either relax and wind down, or fill your time with activities like surfing, or golf. Being so close to the sea gives Atlantic House a fantastic view over Treyarnon Bay, with a lovely balcony to enjoy watching the sun go down from. There is plenty of space to relax in with a good sized garden and lots of living space to spread out in.

Sports & Adventure Activities
We had a wonderful time in Atlantic House especially watching the sun setting over the sea from the.
The property was equipped with everything we needed except for hand towels in cloakroom & kitchen. The driveway was a bit tight but once in there was plenty of room for 3 cars.
The views from front bedrooms is amazing lovely to go to bed & hear waves crashing.
Great location and well equipped house - we had a fab time
Perfect family house at the seaside
We were a family group aged from 5 to 75 and we all loved this house. It is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. It was ideal for us being literally steps away from a wonderful sandy beach with rock pools as a bonus. A nice touch was finding a cake in the fridge on our arrival. The large fridge was out of order and due to be fixed but this hadn't happened by the time we arrived. However, after a few phone calls a replacement was promptly delivered the next day. The shop on the beach was a great resource and we loved their daily delivery of fresh bread. Altogether a huge success and we all liked it so much we really hope to return next year.
Amazing very well equipped family house close to the beach and well stocked local shop
We had a brilliant large family holiday with several children and dogs. The beach is very close and has attentive lifeguards on duty from 10.00 - 6.00 every day. The local shop stocks almost anything you could wish for and there is an ice-cream van on the beach most of the day and an enterprising burger and coffee van who also delivers to Constantine Bay if you wish to have a change of beach. The house is very well equipped with an outside hot and cold shower to get the sand off after a day on the beach. Pity the big fridge does not keep cold but there is a small one. It is our second visit and just as happy a holiday as 11 years ago!!
A well equipped family house in a perfect location
This was our second extended family holiday at Atlantic House. The location next to the beach is ideal for our small grandchildren. Having 2 lounges is ideal for younger and older family members. The house is comfortable and furnished beautifully. The warm outside shower is perfect for the young ones returning from the beach. The house was spotlessly clean on our
arrival, and the cleaners did an excellent job in the middle of our stay.
We had a couple of maintenance issues on both of our stays. Last year the loft bathroom toilet flush was not working properly, the washing machine broke down and had to be replaced, and the septic tank had to be emptied during our stay...not a pleasant experience! This year there were continuing problems with the downstairs toilet flush, which despite a visit from the plumber remained an issue throughout our stay. However, these issues would not deter us from returning to Atlantic House. Overall a lovely holiday was had by all.
We stayed at Atlantic House in early June to celebrate my 70th birthday. There were seven adults and three young children and we had loads of space. I actually slept right at the top of the house in the eaves, and the sloping ceilings were no problem (I'm 5'8" tall). The real bonus up there is the fabulous view from the bathroom window looking right down the beach. It's so quick and easy to get onto the beach with small children. The house is really well equipped and I love the large round table for family meals. There were surfboards in the shed so I was able to enjoy the waves! I'd really love to be able to return soon.
