In Calpe, in the quiet district Canuta Mar is our new, modern villa of 120m² on a plot of 200m², south-west oriented.

On the ground / street level is a large living room with dining area with two sliding windows with access to the covered terrace overlooking the hills and the sea. The spacious terrace provides an additional dining area to sit out in the shade of the view. In the living room hangs a LED TV with satellite (TV Flanders) and is a radio-CD player. The kitchen is provided with a ceramic cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room with vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. On the ground floor is also a separate 3rd toilet and sink.

The property has a ground floor accessible by internal and external staircase with three bedrooms, one with a large sliding window with access to the terrace in the garden. This bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds and a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms (with toilet, sink, shower or bathtub). The garden provides access to a lockable laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and deck chairs for the private terrace.

The house provides every room heating and air conditioning that may cools. All windows in the house are equipped with triple-burglary glass. The bedroom windows have shutters. A gas boiler is available for hot water and central heating. There is free wifi and a barbecue!

You park your car in the garage next to the house or on the private car park for the house facing the street.

There are two common pools: one (12 x 5.5 meters) with a minimum depth of 1.20 meters and a second (shallow) for the small ones. The swimming pools are surrounded by a large terrace with a few sun loungers. There is also a separate shower room.

The house is our private property and furnished to our taste. The pool is cleaned regularly.

The rental price of the villa includes accommodation for up to 6 people, including bed linen and towels, final cleaning, the cost of normal water consumption 5 m³/week) and electricity (100 kWh/week), gas for hot water 0,5 m³/week, Wi-Fi, cot and highchair if reserved, maintenance of swimming pool & garden.The cost of gas used for the central heating in winter period is not included.
The cost of occasional overconsumption of water €5.00/m³ - of electricity €0.30/kWh and of gas for central heating in winter €5.00/m³. Both upon arrival and departure, meter readings will be recorded. (Attention: do not use air conditioning with open windows/doors!)

When your arrival in the villa on the first day of your holiday is later then 23:00, 15 € must be paid extra to our local representative upon handing over the keys.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
