Location is important and Compass Bay is one of the best, it is situated on the corridor of the 192 which has restaurants, shops and attractions. It is within minutes of the major attractions of Disney, Universal and International Drive. It is a gated community with a lovely heated swimming pool, cabana, children's play areas, the house has a lake view. The property is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, baby monitors, high chair and cot.

I would highly recommend this town house, everything about it was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with plenty of linens, towels, crockery etc. the terrace is a lovely area to dine out on and also relax after a full day out. The location of Compass Bay is ideally placed for access to all the parks, restaurants and shopping. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday, looking forward to going back to this town house again next year.
This property was great for my sisters and I "Girls Getaway" vacation. There was more than enough space, everything you need was there, and the property is close to shops and restaurants. The property is just like the pictures but even better. Lisa, the owner, was awesome with answering any questions we had, which made the process even better. I would recommend this property and can't wait to stay again next year.
If you are considering booking this property then personally speaking I wouldn't hesitate. We were in Orlando for a wedding and only stayed for 5 nights before moving on to the West coast. It's a lovely clean well equipped property. The fixture and fittings looked new. The usual open plan living downstairs with an outside area of patio doors overlooking a pond/lake. This area is covered by the normal bug cage. Upstairs two rooms have en-suite. We only used the master bedroom but the other rooms looked well decorated and equipped. It's in a gated community with similar size properties tho there are a few smaller properties. Two minutes drive away is a Walmart and five minutes the other way you have access to the usual Walgreens, Dennys, Perkins, IHOP and the all the usual suspects. Tho we didn't go to any of the parks you are not far any of the attractions. Trying to be balanced and not gushing on about the property looking for a downside I would say the lack of a private pool would be the only failing. There is a communal pool which we never used or even looked at. This is approximately a five minute walk away from the property.
A like new condo with plenty of room close to the Disney parks. Every up to date electronic you and your kids could want. This place has a great patio, with furniture and a BBQ. The kitchen had every appliance, but if you want to cook or make coffee, bring your own stuff. No salt, no sugar, no coffee filters. But, the Walmart is 5 min away. I will stay here again!
P.S. Had to cancel one night due to TS Mathew. The management was vary accommodating and refunded us the night, no problem.
I just want to say that I was super impressed with how fast the homeowner responds and professionally answers your questions! We had originally wanted to stay for 3 nights but decided a 4th night would be best and Lisa accommodated our request in lightning speed! Definitely recommend this gem!
The home was large, beautiful and conveniently located close to attractions. We drove daily to Universal Studios and it took us only 15 minutes. Disney is about 5 minutes away. A large Walmart is close by and many restaurants are near the home. The development was quiet and the pool was very nice. No rowdiness. The price of this rental can not be beat. I would recommend this unit to family and friends, but remember this is a home not a hotel. Some of my party are so used to hotels that it was a little bit of a shock that they had to go out and buy more toilet paper ( I have a big family and the TP went quick :). That being said, I would rent this unit again in an instant. You can tell the owner takes pride in their unit.
Being close to the region’s major highways (3 minutes from Interstate 4) the coastal areas are easily accessible.
St Pete's and Clearwater (Gulf Coast) offer superb white sandy beaches and calm seas.
Cocoa Beach (Atlantic Coast) offers great Atlantic waves.
Both have many bars and restaurants.
We would recommend car hire for your stay.

Securing our home only requires a nominal deposit (£100) with the balance not being due until 8 weeks before departure, if this is less than 8 weeks full payment is required at booking. A security bond (£150) is required and this will be returned usually within 14 days of departure, on receipt of non-damage/loss report.
Changeover day is flexible, arrival/departure can be on any day of the week, and stays can be of any duration. In general the house is available from 4pm on day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate the property by 11am on day of departure.
