Guests have access to the entire house and full use of the kitchen; bed linen and towels are provided. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain equipment operations and to hand over keys. During your stay, we will be available to address any request/concern.
The extremely clever use of space made it possible to create a pleasant and large living area downstairs, which offers guests an entertainment area equipped with a Queen-size sofa bed - in front of which is a 32' flat screen TV - a comfortable chair with animal prints, an elegant ebony piano and two small folding tables, which, once combined, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The fully equipped open kitchen includes Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Furthermore, it features a comfortable bar, equipped with stylish stools, perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch.
The living area is complemented by a small office with large desk, PC and large library, whose color complements the industrial-style beams which form the large livable loft where the bedroom is located. The sleeping area features custom furniture and cabinets. It includes a large and soft Queen-size bed and an additional corner, furnished with desk and armchair, where you can listen to music, work or relax.
The bathroom, decorated with white and powder blue tiles, is on the living level and includes washing machine and crystal shower stall. The apartment has a portable AC unit and top-quality finishes that give guests a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Parking:The apartment is outside the restricted-traffic area (ZTL area); it is possible to park on the street free of charge from 8pm to 8am, and by paying a fee during the day. A monthly parking permit can be purchase at tobacco stores for € 50; it must be displayed on the dashboard.
Public transport:With stops on Viale Repubblica, buses 28 and 20 lead directly to the historic center, while bus 60 reaches the train station.
Area: The apartment is in a strategic location, less than a 5-minute walk from the Bologna Fair and a 15-minute walk from the historic district, at an ideal point of access to the Beltway (Tangenziale) and a short car ride from the train station. The center is approximately 1 km away, next to the distinctive Porta San Donato, an area full of bars and restaurants which gives access to the university district of Bologna and the famous Via Zamboni, home to most academic departments. In the immediate vicinity, there are several supermarkets, shopping centers, a pharmacy and grocery shops, which make the area lively and completely self-sustaining.
