About Ken Beaumont

We love St Ives and have been holidaying here for years. We have walked most of the South West Coast Path and enjoy the beautiful Cornish coastline.

We bought Treloyhan Lodge four years ago.

It was originally the Lodge to Edward Hain's House and was designed by Silvanus Trevail . Having restored many of the house's original features we hope you will have a great holiday here and take away some fantastic memories.

With very best wishes

Ken and Christine

Nice house

  • 5 of 5

We have just spent a week at this lovely house, when we arrived the house was spotless. Everthing you need for a self catering holiday can be found in the house. I would certainly recommend this to my family and friends,it is very spacious plus the patio area is a good size. We found some good pubs in st ives centre ( the sloop and the union ) its the first time we have been to cornwall and we will be certainly be going again. The owner was very helpful if you phone or email him he would get back to you on the same day.
