Josie and Jeff Wadley purchased this house in 2014
We have had family holidays at Carbis Bay, St Ives for over 30 years. Our family have made many happy memories in this time and would all agree that these two weeks at Shoreline were their highlight of the year.
We have always loved this area because of its white sandy beaches and clear seas, which has earned it a blue flag award. Shoreline has always been a special location with great sea views and the beach on your doorstep.
Shoreline is nestled alongside the beach in Carbis Bay with great access to public transport such as regular train services and bus routes. Carbis Bay is also on the A30 which runs right through Cornwall which is great for getting to some of the many attractions Cornwall has to offer. The coastal path provides spectacular views over Carbis Bay and surrounding beaches.
Carbis Bay beach offers first class facilities including restaurants, spa and beach club.

The location was perfect
The accommodation was immaculate
We enjoyed our break so much we've booked next year
Peter and Jean were lovely and the welcome pack was a very nice touch
We are so glad we've found Shoreline - can't wait for next year
Pete & Pam Slade not forgetting Dudley
It is very obvious that the owners have spent money on the renovation , it really can not be faulted.A lovely welcome pack , spotless and modern accomodation that has everything you need, a fabulous BBQ which we got a lot of use of,stunning sea views and location absolutely spot on.We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to friends and family. It is a little gem.
We stayed at this property for a week in April 2016, myself, my partner and our 2 year old little boy.
The property had everything we needed (the kitchen was equipped far better than ours at home!)
The location and facilities are fantastic for a small child. Straight out onto the beach and we could nip in and out whenever we needed anything.
The train from Carbis Bay to St Ives was great. It takes about 3 minutes and costs £1 so no point driving and paying for parking.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
We have stayed in many cottages over the years and this one is in by far the best location, if you love the beach. It isn't just near the beach, it is on the beach! Just step off the patio and there is the lovely yellow sand of Carbis Bay Beach.
Just to walk into the lounge and look out of the window brings a big smile to your face - all you can see is yellow sand, blue sea with white waves and blue sky - it is fabulous.
The actual cottage is perfect - fitted to a very high standard and includes everything you would need for your stay.
The location of shoreline is absolutely amazing looking out over the beautiful bay. The interior is gorgeous very well designed and has a light airy feel. I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 14 and 11 in October.
Every care was taken to ensue that we had everything we may need, even down to a fabulous well come basket of local goodies!
The only thing I found a challenge was the seating as the one chair/ sofa bed could not sit is all on but was quite uncomfortable in its chair state. My husband and I had difficulty relaxing in the other wooden chairs available which given that the property is more for two people is not surprising . We found the only thing that could be improved on would be a box for shoes/ wellies outside the door and some coat pegs!
I would recommend this fantastic property to any couple who wanted to experience luxury in a top location
Very difficult to find anything to fault. Stunning location. Beautifully equipped. Reserved parking 20 yards from cottage. Lovely welcome pack. They even come and move the bins for you. I've already booked a return trip
