Large first floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Victorian flat, with spectacular everchanging panoramic sea views overlooking Reeth Bay and St. Catherine's Lighthouse, at the southern most point of the Island. The Apartment, which sleeps up to 5, is beautifully decorated throughout with a contemporary feel; spacious and stylish with high ceilings and large windows with uninterrupted sea views, comfortably furnished and finished off with crisp white bedlinen and fluffy white towels to help you enjoy your stay. Located in Niton Undercliff; an area of outstanding natural beauty reputed to have it's own microclimate encouraging an abundance of lush vegetation and offering a milder climate. Situated close to Niton with amazing coastal walks and beautiful scenery on the doorstep; the Lighthouse being a 10 minute stroll as is Reeth Bay. Many local attractions are within easy reach; the sandy sheltered beach and traditional seafront of Ventnor is a short drive away with seafront cafes and restaurants, including fresh crab and lobster cooked straight off the boats at Ventnor Haven Fishery and the famous Ventnor Botanic Gardens.
The Apartment has off street parking for one vehicle, a fully equipped modern kitchen, Wifi, FreeSat. Electric storage heaters throughout. And stunning sea views!

The apartment in Puckaster Lodge is our much loved holiday home; we bought it after years of holidaying on the island and we now visit as much as we can. We love the peace, the light and the space the apartment offers; and of course the gorgeous panoramic seaviews.

5 Star apartment
It is very rare for me write reviews usually because I'm too lazy or general indifference to the subject. However we were so enthralled with the week we spent at this wonderful property in Niton that I was compelled to put fingers to the keyboard and rave about its virtues.
The apartment is wonderfully situated in the village of Niton Undercliff on the south side of the island with amazing views across to St Catherine's Lighthouse and beyond.
The description of the apartment is perfectly described on the web site; immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It is the perfect place for walking or just sitting in lounge watching the sea.
We will definitely be booking to stay here again.
Superb Place to Stay when visiting the IOW
This apartment is five star. It is well maintained, clean, fresh and very spacious and felt like home almost as soon as we walked in. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, which combined with the sea air guaranteed a good nights sleep, every night.
We couldn’t believe how close the Buddle Pub was. Even though the flat had a great kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils you could need we did eat across the road so that I could have a holiday from cooking! The pub provided us with delicious dinners on a number of evenings. The location of the flat is so quiet - yet not too remote and anywhere we wanted to visit was never more that 40 minutes away. The locals were very friendly and happy to recommend places to visit and secret coves beside the sea!
As for the view from the lounge and the master bedroom - It was beautiful, we just wished we could have brought it home. As and when we return to the Isle of Wight we would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.
The Roberts Family have just returned home after a truly blissful week staying in this property. We cannot fault it! Superb location and views, stylish interior 5 * accomadation. Area beautiful, with lovely friendly locals who make you feel welcome. Wifi a bonus with this property as you get no phone reception in the area. Will defiantly be booking again as a base to visit the stunning Isle of Wight. Highly recommend!
five star stay
We have had the privilage to visit the IOW a few times over the last year and we love it, the natural beauty and the relaxing pace the island offers is perfect. Our last stay was enhanced by our stay at this delightful appartment located at the southern most point of the Island. The appartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable, bright and homely. It's location is ideal for long coastal walks, kids entertainment in the form of Blackgang Chine ammusement park as well as a great pub across the road. The views from the appartment are stunning, if only we could have that veiw every morning we would be in heavon. I would totally recommend a stay here, and am looking forward to our next visit to the IOW, when we will be staying in this palce again...if it is available.
Superb condition, recently fully refurbished 3 bed flat, very comfortable beds, amazing sea views and opposite The Buddle Inn so no need to cook evening meals.
Spent a week here and did not want to leave.
Property has a private garden (down stairs)if needed and parking off road.
Sit and watch the suns set over the beautiful St Catherines Point and lighthouse facing the English Channel - bliss definitely returning next year and fully recommend it. One bedroom is en suite other 2 share a bathroom. Superb fitted kitchen and appliances for comfortable time.
Can take pets but as it is immaculate they need to be very clean ones.
Coast/Beach: Various sandy beaches within 20 minutes drive and 10 minute walk to nearby Puckaster cove. Travel: Cross to the island from Portsmouth or Lymington using Wightlink Ferries or from Southampton with Red Funnel. Distances: Niton Village is a 5 minute drive with grocer, pub, post office, chemist, general store and local pottery. The Buddle Inn serving great pub food and local beers is within a few hundred yards.
