Villa in Elviria, Marbella, Costa Del Sol, Spain - In a peaceful location but close to all amenties and beach - 15 minutes walk to restaurants.

This unique four bedroom detached villa with stunning sea and mountain views has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard with four brand new en suite bathrooms, four bedrooms - all with air conditioning, a new kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, American fridge freezer and marble worktops. There are four double bedrooms and all the beds, linen and towels are also new along with a lot of the furnishings. It has been tastefully decorated with a mixture of modern and traditional furnishings. The spacious lounge with air conditioning has new leather settees with seating for 8, flat screen satelite tv,wi fi, wood burner and a bar with patio doors leading on to terrace overlooking the pool. There is an open plan dining room off the lounge with table and chairs for 8.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is also a sat tv in the main bedroom. There is a well established garden with lovely plants, flowers and trees with private pool, patio furniture and sun beds. There is also a spacious roof terrace with outside garden furniture with settees, table and chairs and a gas bbq. Steps lead up to large roof terrace with patio garden sofas, umbrella and table with fantastic sea and mountain views.

It is conveniently located in the hills above Elviria in the Santa Maria area. Less than five minutes drive to Elviria and 15 minutes walk,where you will find many nice restaurants, bars and shops. The sandy beach is less than two kilometres away. There is lots of night life in Elviria and you will also find the famous Don Carlos Hotel with Piano bar and the Niki Beach restaurant and beach club.

I live in the UK with my partner where I run my Spanish property business from home. As well as owning our villa in Marbella and apartment in Nerja I rent out many properties for other owners. I started in 1990 when my youngest daughter was two, renting out our own apartment and then other owners asked me to rent their properties. I love my business and Spain. We travel backwards and forwards from England and only takes 6 hours from door to door! Our villa is just 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. We especially like to go in the winter months to capture the sun and warm days. I like running along the many sandy beaches or strolling along with my partner. New hobby is stand up paddle boarding. I also like to go to the local market for fresh veg and salad as well as the clothes!

Why Gill Johnson chose Elveria

I rent this villa for the owner who takes great pride in the quality of his villa. I have actually stayed at the villa with friends and we had a super time. One of the main benefits of this villa is the space. We all had our own bedroom and our own bathroom and so did not have to share bathrooms. When four girls are getting ready to hit the town then that is a great bonus. We would walk down to Elviria to many of the nice restaurants. Our favourite being - Atre Cafe! then after go to Don Carlos - piano bar and many other bars with nice music. As the villa is situated at the top of the hill we would get a taxi back as there is a taxi rank in the centre - for only 5 euros!

Before going out we would sit on the roof top terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the fantastic views.

Great villa with perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house contains all you would need for a super holiday in Marbella, although the pool feels a bit small if everyone staying at the house would like to jump in at the same time. Otherwise perfect in every way.

The company onsite personnel provided excellent service.
