Apartment in Armacao de Pera, Central Algarve, Portugal - Ground Floor With 2 Bedrooms And Sea Views. Only A 10 Minute Walk To The Beach

This ground floor property called Vila Estoi is part of a very small complex of 14 established apartments and set in lovely grounds with lawns and a very large shared pool plus a paddling pool for the little ones. There is a large sitting terrace with sea views, garden furniture, parasols and a BBQ, and from the terrace you step out on to the lawn and then a short stroll to the pool. Inside the apartment is a well appointed sitting/dining room with free view UK TV channels and radio channels, a DVD player and radio. Free wifi is also provided. The sitting/dining room is fitted with an air conditioning unit. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob, electric kettle, microwave and washing machine. However, as there are many local restaurants and bars in the area then it's quite likely you will want to dine out quite a lot. The Intermarche Supermarket is 200 metres from the apartment.There is a double bedded bedroom and a twin bedded bedroom plus one bathroom with a walk in shower, handbasin and toilet. The apartment and outside areas are suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is ample parking at the apartments.

This was our 2nd visit back to this lovely apartment. It is perfect :)

Everything was again just as we loved it. Will be back again definitely next year. Special thanks to Fatima, lovely lady who comes in to clean apartment.

Fantastic apartment!

This was our third trip to Armacao de Pera so we know the area and love it but this was our first trip to this apartment and its definitely the best we've stayed in. Fabulously quiet, beautiful gardens with a sea view, wonderful large pool for only 14 apartments and an extremely pro active and helpful villa manager. The apartment has an enormous patio which gets the sun all day and you also have a full view of the pool so we were able to let our 8 year old daughter (a diver and excellent swimmer) run down and have a splash but still be able to watch her. There is an Intermarche supermarket literally 2 minutes away so you can walk up and get fresh bread/rolls in the morning and pick up any essentials. Marvellous restaurants all within easy walking distance so you didn't even need to go into town if you didn't want to. We loved it and would definitely return!

Stunning apartment.

Stayed for a week with husband and two kids. What can we say without embarrassing the owner, STUNNING is the only way we can describe this apartment with its elegant interior and fantastic sea views it was the perfect rest bite we needed. Everything that was required for a home from home experience. Beautiful gardens with glorious pool to lounge the day away. Christina was a great help with one issue ie we couldn't work TV. Fatima the cleaning maid was a delight to talk with. In a superb location close enough to all amenities. Water parks & zoo marine within a 20 minute drive. Just a shame we hadn't stayed longer. Would definitely return to this wonderful apartment without hesitation.

Winter Break

Lovely apartment with nice views of the pool and the sea. Supermarket just yards away and easy access to a beach by car or walking. As we were here during the winter we found it a little chilly at nights but the managing agent was quick to provide extra blankets etc.I am sure this apartment would be lovely in the summer as it is ideally situated.

For a winter holiday it would have been easier if we had an oven as the restaurants didn't open until the end of February so choices were limited for evening meals. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Owner's Response: Response from the managing agent. I am really pleased the recent guests enjoyed their stay at the apartment and I hope that in the future they would like to book again. A very good comment was made about the lack of an oven, which wasn't considered a problem by the owner as there are many restaurants in the area and during the summer most guests also like to use the BBQ. However, it is correct that some of the restaurants don't open until the end of February so I will speak with the owner about the possibility of installing an electric oven, which would be an asset for winter guests staying for longer periods of time.

Excellent property

Just returned from 10 days at this wonderful apartment and we didn't want to leave. Everything we could have asked for was provided and the outside with 4 sunbeds was amazing getting the sun all day long. The views have to be seen they are so beautiful. Pool was close with access from gate from apartment straight out to grass area and down to pool. The surrounding area was great with several lovely restaurants and a supermarket very close by made shopping easy as we didn't have or need a car. I would highly recommend this property and cant wait to re-book fro next year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Special interest holidays:

Within walking distance of the apartment is an excellent supermarket called Intermarché plus local shops, bars and restaurants. There is a large shopping centre at Guia and close to there is also ZooMarine where you can swim with the dolphins. There is also a fascinating sand sculpture exhibition and a large water slide park, which provide a great day out for all the family. All these attractions are only a 15 minute drive from the apartment but if you decide not to worry about a hire car then there are courtesy buses to the various places. It's just a 10 minute walk into the town of Armação de Pera where you will find a magnificient beach and lots of restaurants and beach bars serving a variety of local foods and for fish fans then there is always fresh fish of the day on the menu. If you feel you don't want to walk back to the apartment after a lovely evening out then a taxi is a very cheap way to get you home.
