First and second floor apartment in the heart of this quaint seaside town only a stone's throw away from Award winning beach. Lovely sea views. The property boasts 2 large bedrooms; main bedroom has king size bed, en-suite bathroom, chest of draws and wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is a twin bedded room with an en-suite shower and toilet, built in wardbrobe and shelving area. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/living room. Well equipped kitchen, free WIFI, DVD player, washing machine. There is no parking attached to the property as it is town centre based, however there is parking around the side streets and Broad Road long stay car park only 3 mins walk away. Notes on accommodation: Not suitable for disabled access. No smoking, no pets. There is no parking with the property but numerous car parks and areas within 200 yards. There is a loading bay outside the property where you can load and unload your car. No single sex groups over 3 people (i.e. stag/hen parties) Outside: No outside area and no parking. Utility Room: Washing machine is housed in under-stairs cupboard, as is ironing board, iron and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included, the beds will be made up. Towels changed weekly if a two week booking. The property will be cleaned on change over day.

Lovely Apartment

Stayed for 4 nights, our first ever holiday with our daughter & son (11 & 12) a lovely area to visit & the apartment was excellent with just about anything you might need, a good base. Thank you very much Louise :o) Would recommend the apartment. Unfortunately the weather let us down on our visit, thunder & lightning storms, wind & rain most of the time. Intended to go out day times & then do some fishing in the evenings with my son from the pier but it closes at 6pm? Parking overnight at the car park is just £1 but daytime parking is costly, roadside parking is very hard to find.

Ideally Positioned, well Maintained

This is our second visit to this flat, as I said it is ideally situated in the heart of Swanage only a stones throw from the beach. Everything you need for a great holiday is in the flat. Would reccomend the flat to anyone.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, has everything we needed. Wonderful location, made a very relaxing break for my 79 year old mum and my 21 year old daughter and myself. Would definitely like to stay again.

Very good.

The flat was lovely, but there were rather a lot of stairs. It was all spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had an 85 year old lady and a 3 year old, and a baby with a pushchair which had to stay in the hallway. (not the baby) However everyone enjoyed being there. It might be an idea to let people know about the stairs, which might have been an issue. But they coped!

We love swanage,been a few times but always stayed b an b,Louise's apartment was lovely and not far to walk to the beach,pubs,shops and the swanage steam railway,would definitely choose this apartment for our next visit to swanage

Spacious, tasteful, brilliantly positioned, very well equipped, extremely comfortable.

This is the third time we've stayed at Louise's flat; it's become a family tradition. My girls stay in the upstairs attic room and I have the spacious and comfortable room next to the living room/kitchen area, both en suites. In one minute you can walk to the beach, amusements/activities, shops, fish and chips. Award-winning baker below, Steam Railway 5 minutes away. Easy driven access to beautiful coastline and other attractions. Plenty of lovely places to eat out (pubs/restaurants/take aways), or well-equipped kitchen to cook just about anything. We feel very comfortable there and are always sorry to leave. Louise very helpful and flexible.

A car is not essential during your stay in Swanage as there is so much on hand in Swanage and there are regular bus services to Poole and Bournemouth. The steam railway runs regularly to the stunning village of Corfe. Poole Channel Ferry Port is only 20 miles away (40mins drive). The nearest airport is Bournemouth


Durlston Country Park is only 1.5 miles away.

Studland Beach is 3.8 miles

Corfe is 5.5 miles

Blue Poole 11 miles

Ideal location, on the Jurassic Coast, a stones throw away from beaches. The town has many restaurants, cafes and pubs, all on your doorstep. There are 2 supermarkets. The town has a theatre which shows a variety of acts / films. The pier and downs are all within 3-4 mins walking distance. Fabulous walks - Durlston Country Park being only 1.8 miles away, with a newly renovated Castle/Heritage Centre. Old Harry's Rocks, Kimmeridge, Lulworth Cove, Blue Pool are all stunning areas, with beautiful walks, and only a short drive away. There are many special events throughout the year for all to enjoy; Swanage Carnival, Jazz, Blues and Folk Festivals, Purbeck Arts Week, Comedy Festival. The steam railway has regular services to Corfe Castle during peak season.
