Recently built Perigordine style holiday house with heated swimming pool. Le Papillon is a superbly built stone house with wooden and tiled floors, oak beams, full of charm and character. The interior of the holiday house is extremely spacious, with a large lounge, homely kitchen diner and comfortable bedrooms. Situated in a quiet woodland setting with lovely views, particularly from the private heated swimming pool and terrace, over the surrounding fields and countryside. Private parking.

Nestled in the hills above the village of Salviac, where you will find several bars/restaurants, general shops, depot de pain, bank, church and, just outside of the village, a small supermarket. Cazals, approximately 7kms by car, is another charming village with a boulangerie, mini supermarket, more general shops and a swimming lake. The main medieval market town of Gourdon, just 20 minutes away, is a vibrant town, full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pavement cafes.

This holiday house is ideally placed for visiting all the attractions of the virtually unexplored department of the Lot, the beautiful Dordogne region and perfect for a calm, tranquil and peaceful holiday.



Entrance through the front door leads into an impressively large, light and airy lounge with soft tiled floors, oak beams, high ceiling, large stone fireplace and comfortable leather sofas for relaxing. Flat screen TV with UK and French channels, CD player, DVD player. Solid oak dining table and 6 leather chairs.

This house is newly built and 2017 is the first year it is being rented out by the owners. Wifi usage at the house is limited and there is a restriction regarding the amount of data that can be downloaded. Guests are requested to refrain from streaming films and downloading games or large amounts of data as this will result in the limit being reached very quickly and cutting out. Pets are not allowed.
