Furnished to an exceptionally high standard this luxury apartment makes an ideal holiday retreat offering all the features of a hotel suite but without the price tag.

The accommodation is extremely spacious at 950 SQ FT and briefly comprises of two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) entrance Hall, extremely large open plan Lounge, Dining Area and stylish Kitchen providing sociable living space. The kitchen comprises of oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer.

The property also includes secure underground parking and fully maintained communal areas with courtyard and landscaped gardens.

Grosvenor House is ideally placed in the City Centre, just minutes walk from the main shopping area of Forgate Street. You will also find a great selection of award winning fine dining restaurants and gastro pubs in this area.

Alternatively if you prefer a quiet night in, the apartment is fully furnished to cater for everything from a romantic meal for two down to a movie night in front of the TV. We have a top selection of all the latest blockbuster movies which can be played on the 40 inch LED television with built in DVD player.

(TV, Freeview, DVD and WiFi internet are available free of charge)

The opening of the new multi million pound Waitrose located across the road is also a real bonus for our guests.

Please note - There is compulsory cleaning charge of £40.00 per rental periods less than 1 week, however stay 1 week or more and cleaning is free.

Notes on accommodation: Seven days before check in you will be emailed the "Property Information Sheet", this provides guests with the access codes to gain entry into the development and for the key safe where the apartment key is kept. We also supply directions and information on Wi-Fi and parking. Utility Room: There is a good sized utility room which is ideal for extra storage. It also houses the iron and ironing board, hoover plus extra towels and bedding. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will have been cleaned prior to arrival, fresh linen and plenty of towels are supplied. PLEASE NOTE - There is a £30.00 charge on any short stays of 4 nights or less. This is to cover the cost of cleaning and will be confirmed with the guest prior to a booking being accepted.

Best place in 2 minutes away from City Center

Excellent position, walk down the to the river and stroll into town, walk to the canal and into Town, or walk straight into Town. All the facilities on the doorstep yet a quiet residence. Chester on your doorstep you couldn't ask for more.

Great Location and nice apartment

Apartment was located a short walk from the City Centre and Train Station. It was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Good secure underground parking.

The host was very accommodating and got back to us promptly. An excellent stay and would certainly recommend.

Great Apartment

Had a lovely stay at Alexander Gate. The apartment is really well located with Grosvenor Park located just opposite. You have the river Dee just down the road and all the shops and restaurants are located within a 5 min walk. We will definitely return.

Fantastic Weekend Stay

Just got back from a great weekend stay in Chester. The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and well furnished. Ideal location, minutes from the town centre. A new Waitrose is located just down the road which we found really useful . We will definitely be returning .

Grosvenor House has excellent transport links. The M53 and M56 are close by, while the A55 North Wales Expressway swings around the bottom of the city before heading out along the stunning coastline.

Chester Train is located less than 10 minutes away. Here you will find direct trains to London with a journey time of just over two hours. You can also join the Merseyrail line to Liverpool at Chester, with underground trains taking you directly into the City Centre.
