Villa in Cala Pi, South Mallorca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Peaceful Location 10-15 Minute Walk To Beach And Centre Of Village

Our Ibiza style villa is a short walk from Cala Pi village centre & beach and is second line to the sea. It is on the South of the island. The pool has been fully refurbished and some important improvements have been made to the villa for this year. It is fully equipped with TV and log burning fire in the lounge(though this should not be used in summer months); the kitchen has hob/oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher; a utility room with washer, dryer and iron. Two double bedrooms are on the first floor with seaview balconies plus a shared family bathroom. The two twin rooms are on the ground floor and share a shower/WC room. The Villa has a pool set within mature gardens and two areas of seating for lounging and dining plus a BBQ. An upper floor drying area can also be accessed by external steps. The property and facilities are suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children. Change over day is Saturday during July and August. Changeover day is flexible for all other months. Strictly a maximum of 8 residents per booking, including children.

Why Deborah Whitmore chose Llucmajor

After staying with family in Cala Pi we fell in love with the area and Mallorca. Great for us to explore but also for our little boy to play and spend time on the beach. It is such a beautiful island and the southern part is so unspoilt it is almost like stepping back in time.

The villa is 20 minutes from Llucmajor town centre and 35 minutes from Palma and its airport making the transfer from travel to holiday a quick one... always appealing!

You can enjoy a secluded holiday or you can take advantage of the nearby towns and the islands major city. All beautiful and have plenty of culture and great dining and shopping if that is your thing. Or you can visit the beaches and caves.. there is plenty to keep you occupied.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Cala Pi with its cafes and restaurants. There is also a small grocery shop there too, handy for immediate purchases. The beautiful cove can be found down a set of steps in the centre, sheltered by high cliffs. Great for the kids and for snorkelling.

Our villa is Ibiza style and has a very homely feel. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms so the place will suit a couple of small families or a large family or couples.

There is a pool for taking a dip and plenty space to sit outside and chill out.

The two upstairs bedrooms have balconies with sea view, very pleasant to sit and sip wine in the evening!

Ceiling Fans fitted in all bedrooms and main living area. Outside: Mature garden surrounding the property. Sun loungers by the pool. Dining table facing the pool plus lounge chairs and table beside the conservatory. Private pool, not heated. Parking space within the villa gated area for one car plus ample room to park outside the gate. Utility Room: Washing machine & tumble dryer, hoover, mops and buckets and iron. Hair dryer. (drying area for clothes on the roof terrace, access via steps to right of villa on entry). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels, tea-towels, duvets for all beds and bed linens provided. Linens will be changed weekly. The property is cleaned one time per week. Bookings of 6 days and less will incur cleaning charges of Euro 130. Other: Dining Room with table suitable to accommodate 8 including high chair, plus sideboard.

Booking Notes:
Minimum Stay 7 nights.
GBP 200 booking deposit per week of booking to be paid immediately to secure the booking. Payment is to be made by bank transfer or by credit card payment over the telephone.
The security deposit will cover any damage and is fully refundable if there is none or only minor damage (broken cups etc).
Keys will be sent by recorded delivery a week before the start the holiday booking or earlier.
Full balance of booking to be paid 8 weeks in advance.


Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday for July and August but we will allow flexibility for other months. The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

For Additional guests in the villa above the maximum of 8 will be charged at a fee of £50 per person per night of stay.
