A gated driveway leads onto a shingle courtyard for off-road parking. The garden has a variety of shrubs, plants and fruit trees. The Annexe is entered by the front door with a LOW head height. A hallway leads to the bathroom and kitchen. From the hallway, there is a small step up through an archway which leads to the spacious lounge. Throughout the Annexe there are electrically heated radiators. Outside: The rear garden is south facing with a stone area for alfresco dining. The Annexe and gardens are enclosed by a flint wall and established hedging with fencing. There are tall, double driveway gates which separate the Annexe from the village road. The external utility room can be accessed at the front of the Annexe and there is a washing line provided for your own private use to the rear of the annexe. Utility Room: External & shared with owners. Access from front annexe. Bedlinen, pillows and duvets provided. Annexe cleaned prior to arrival. The bedlinen is changed weekly or per booking.

Lots to see, lots to do even on our second Norfolk visit in 5 years

  • 5 of 5

Property clean and tidy but kitchen and bathroom on small side for any more than a couple. Could do with wifi (there is no internet or phone coverage) and Freesat to ensure good TV viewing.

Lovely , clean, quiet place .

  • 3 of 5

The bungalow wasn't the easiest to find as it was a bit out of the way but the owner was very helpful and guided us in . The accommodation was well presented and very clean with a nice garden to the rear .

The only real issue we had was with the cooking facilities . There was no microwave and the 2 ring hob was very poor .with 2 young children , it was a struggle at times .

The tv also didn't work properly with only BBC 1 working but regularly lost signal . This was only a minor issue though and overall it was a very nice place and Sue was lovely.

Joyful Holiday

  • 5 of 5

Arrived to a very warm welcome from Sue to cosy property with a lovely garden great for our stay with a 5 year old grandson. He loved it too!

Set in a quiet village not far from the coast with loads of places to visit. We enjoyed them all!

We were a little disappointed there was no DVD player as we would have brought one had we know. But all in all a well equipped cottage with very accommodating host x

The annexe was a lovely place to stay and suited our needs perfectly.

  • 4 of 5

Sue is a very pleasant lady - she was helpful and friendly and aware of our needs as my husband has difficulty getting around.

The annexe is a lovely place and had everything we required. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom covered all our needs. The lounge was comfortable and looks out on to the lovely garden.

The village was very quiet and it was a relaxing environment. There was no phone reception which was no problem unless I had needed to phone out. Sue was more than happy to let us use her landline if necessary. Overall a good experience and one that we would repeat.
