About G Harrison
Having lived in Barbados in the 1990's we were delighted to be able to acquire this delightful villa a few years ago. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do. As the house is also our home we would appreciate you dropping us a line before making a booking. Gill & Graham

Why G Harrison chose Holetown
Sugar Hill offers great amenities in a beautifully landscaped tropical setting with great views of the Caribbean sea and stunning sunsets. It offers the security of a gated resort, and is only minutes from the beaches and restaurants of the West Coast.
What makes this Villa unique
Situated up on a ridge, the villa benefits from gentle breezes and stunning west facing seascapes. It has the unusual benefit of great views from the ground floor as well as upstairs, and has a beautiful outdoor dining room to take advantage of this. We offer membership to Royal Pavilion Beach Club, so have all the advantages of the beach with the peace and security of a beautifully maintained resort, with all the facilities that Sugar Hill has to offer.

Great for recharging the batteries!
We travelled to Sugar Hill as a party of 5 with children aged 7, 9, 12 and there was something for all of us. From our 7am games of tennis, to the gym, and the pool there was plenty of opportunity to stay active, although we tended to make even more use of the beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants nearby. I would suggest hiring a car for the duration so you can explore this wonderful Island, All in all a great holiday, we'll be back!
Great house, perfect location, beautiful views. Stacie was great - very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant on site, delicious taco Tuesday. Well equipped kitchen - we particularly liked the blender for making pina coladas! Lovely pool for cooling off in the evening. Easy communication with owners!
Thank you for your positive feedback. So glad you had such a good time!
Wonderful place - can’t wait to come back
Great position - beautiful house
Excellent service and efficiency
The greatest recommendation is when guests want to return! So glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for your review.
Beautiful villa with great facilities
This villa was a pleasure to stay in. The house is very tastefully decorated and has loads of space. The kitchen was fully equipped which was handy for spending a few evenings in. The outdoor seating area was a personal highlight as you can see all the way to the ocean and the sun sets infront of you every evening. The house is also very clean with the housekeeper, Stacey, coming around to keep it immaculate every few days. The location was also good with some lovely local beaches - we even spotted a few turtles down at Gibbs Beach! Would thoroughly recommend!
Thank you. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay at Seascape.
Property clean and serviceable
Had a brilliant time
Thanks for the review. So glad you enjoyed your most recent stay at Seascape.
Great time in an excellent home.
This was our second time staying at Seascape. It remains one of our favorite vacation rentals. The home is beautiful. The Sugar Hill resort is wonderfully maintained, safe, and friendly. Seascape comes with beach passes to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion. The beach is minutes away, and the passes give access to chairs, umbrellas, and an very nice place for lunch. The beach is excellent. The club house restaurant, Carizma, is very good, and there are also a lot of fine options in Holetown which is only 5 minutes away.
Overall, Barbados is a great island, and Seascape is a fantastic house. Highly recommend
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It means a lot to us when people choose to return to Seascape - I'm so glad you had another wonderful stay. Come again!

Barbados is a coral island which stands apart from the other Caribbean islands and is fortunate to lie outside the huricane belt. It enjoys 3000 hours of sunshine annually and average temperatures of 84-88* F (29-31*C) On the rare occasions when it rains, the spectacle is worth seeing! The sea is glorious -- warm, clear and safe. The local currency is the Barbados $ but US $ are also taken. The tap water is filtered through coral so not only safe to drink but also delicious!
