This is a delightful, self catering, non smoking, first floor two bedroom apartment in the south coast resort of Son Bou, Menorca. The apartment is ideally positioned, facing south, overlooking the colourful well tended communal gardens. From the front balcony you have a view over the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean and the sandy Son Bou beach is within easy walking distance.Access to the apartment is via a central staircase, through a wrought iron gate on to the front balcony.

PLEASE NOTE BOOKINGS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST ONLY.

Everything you need is in easy walking distance, great food, bars, beach and entertainment plus sunshine.

The air conditioning in the apartment is a must in the high summer and apartment is fitted out with pretty much everything you need.

Situated in the best location, central to everything around but nothing is 'in your face' if you wish to enjoy some chill out time on the balcony.

Coast/Beach:

Five minute walk to Son Bou beach which is one of the longest and best beaches on the Island. Beautiful white sand with sun loungers, umbrellas for hire and various water activities.

Travel:

Mahon, approximately 15 -20 minutes away by car. Car hire is not essential, there is an excellent, air conditioned bus service that is cheap and run on time round the Island.

Distances:

Alaior is about 4 miles from Son Bou with the capital Mahon being only 12 miles.

Further Details:

Andres Restaurant - simply the best - speciality Chateubriand and Paella, booking essential.

Outside: Two private patios, with seating and outdoor dining table plus front awning. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding and towels are provided, but NOT beach towels. Linen is changed weekly. Maids make up beds if rooms are clear for them, otherwise linen will be left for client to change. Apartment is cleaned on arrival and exit. Extra cleaning can be arranged at a fee. Food welcome pack on your arrival Other: Small dining area with dining table and chairs. Table can be pulled out and extended. Back patio has beach toys, beach chairs and washing line.

Booking Notes:
Please email Helen with your requirements. £100.00 non refundable deposit per week is taken by bank transfer to secure booking. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Booking forms and terms and conditions will be sent via email.
Please note in height of season I run bookings Friday - Friday - I can at times change the arrival / departure day to other days but you will be charged for the last day in full. I will confirm the price in your email if it differs from the Quote price which automatically comes up. This also applies in the case of bookings of more than five people.
Changeover Day:
Friday during high season (June thru August)

Notes on prices:
Prices based on up to 4 people per week

Non refundable £100.00 per week payable by bank transfer to secure booking.
Final balance due 8 weeks prior to departure by bank transfer.
