Spacious 3-bedroom apartment approximately 15 minutes' walk from bars and supermarket and 20 minutes' walk from Morzine town centre. The apartment has a bus stop less than 100m away giving access to the A-line bus which runs between Morzine centre (giving access to the Morzine/Les Gets ski area using the Pleney lift) and the Prodains lift (giving access directly into the centre of Avoriaz and the rest of the Porte du Soleil ski area).

A 20% discount on ski rental at one of two locations in Morzine is available.

The apartment is let on a self-catered basis and is perfect for families or groups of friends for both skiing and summer activity holidays. Self-catered prices are based on the apartment for up to 8 people. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival and towels included. Pre-arrival supermarket shopping as well as a meal on arrival can also be arranged.

The apartment has three bedrooms: one double (one with an ensuite shower room), one twin and one family room comprising a double bed and a bunk bed). There is a further family bathroom which comprises a bath. A travel cot is also available.The spacious living area comprises a dining area with table and chairs for up to 8 people and a lounge area with a large corner sofa and comfy chair. A large flat screen TV (French TV) and DVD player is also included. Double doors from both the dining area and the living area lead onto a south-facing balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. Free WiFi is included.The apartment had a separate fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer); slow cooker, Fondue set and hot stone/raclette set is also available for your use.Outside, there is parking for two cars and a locked cave for skis/bikes etc.

Prices include cleaning, bed linen and towels.

In addition to being ideal for ski holidays, the area also provides excellent summer holiday options, such as walking, cycling, watersports etc with the Lac de Montriond nearby as well as Lake Geneva and Annecy.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment just outside Morzine

This is a great apartment if you're looking for a easy access to the ski-slopes or anything else that the area has to offer. Only a couple of mins walk to the bus stops for either Avoriaz or Morzine. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant 20 min walk into Morzine along the back road.

The apartment very comfortably sleeps 6 couples in 3 separate bedrooms with the option of accommodating 4 more people in bunks or a sofa bed. A bathroom and a shower room means no queues in the morning! It's very well appointed with sufficient cooking equipment to easily self-cater. However Morzine also has a host of lovely restaurants too. A separate ski/bike locker is great for storing the toys. The apartment was very clean and linen and towels were provided.

Unfortunately, it wasn't quite cold enough to justify lighting the wood burner ... another time! We will be back.

Lovely apartment

The apartment is clean & well presented and all bedrooms are a good size. Communications with the owner were excellent. Our request for an odd rental period (Tuesday to Tuesday) was easily accommodated. The comprehensive pre arrival booklet was very useful. The position of the apartment is away from the main town centre but with easy access to all the skiing areas and has lovely views from all windows. With good wifi and a log fire, evenings in are sorted! With loads of bars and restaurants to choose from should you prefer to go out. We only had 2 slight negatives-the lack of sofa space as has already been mentioned and the bath is really small! The bath is very short & lacks height to use as a shower so is really only suitable for children. We were a party of 5 adults, including 3 guys of 6ft! So we ended up all using the ensuite shower. However there was always loads of hot water. By the way thank you so much for organising near perfect conditions, a metre of snow the day before we arrived followed by 7 days of blue sky & sunshine! Having skied for 30 years I can't believe this was our first visit to the Portes du Soleil area, we will be back!

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments regarding the sofa. We have replaced the old sofa and no have a large comfy corner sofa which seats at least five and a separate tub chair.

Great location, really nice stay

We really liked how the property is located -- it's within a quick (and free) bus ride from both Morzine ski area and Avoriaz ski area (which connects you to the rest of Portes du Soleil terrain). Morzine center is also within quick 15 minute walk.

The place itself was really clean, warm and cozy. Has everything that you might need inside, has parking and a ski locker.

Jane quickly responded all our emails and has been really helpful and accommodating.

Great value for money

6 of us stayed in the apartment for 1 week. For the price we paid I was really happy with everything and the descriptions given were spot on. The bus stops are literally just down the road from the apartment and you can get regular buses to Avoriaz and Morzine in the mornings and evenings. We walked home from Morzine after some nights out as well and it didn't take too long. The facilities in the apartment are great and having the ski locker was very handy, especially having somewhere to leave the key during the day. The apartment was always warm and there was plenty of hot water for everyone.

If there was 8 people it would be rather cosy and 6 of us fit round the dining table nicely. Also there is only 1 sofa which can fit around 3 or 4 people max so again with more people staying there is not room for everyone to relax on a comfy chair at once. These are only minor criticisms though. I would definitely recommend family's or groups of friends to stay here.

Fab apartment very comfortable and beautiful view of the pleney

4 of us stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. Fab sized living area and 3 double bedrooms one of which has bunks and makes a great family room for larger parties. Loads of hot water for baths and showers...always welcome at the end of the day. The kitchen Is brilliantly equipped and is short of nothing and enables you to self cater and you have the added touch of a dishwasher. The communication from the owner was excellent and we were provided with a thorough information pack prior to arrival which detailed how to access the apartment, details about the apartment and even recommended restaurants and bars. There a a ski and boot locker outside which provides ample storage. The ski-ing in morzine and avoriaz is excellent and caters for all abilities. You can easily walk from the apartment into town -we did it with 2 children (9 &7) in 15 mins, slightly longer on the way home as its up hill carrying shopping bags! The ski bus is a short walk from the apartment-about 2 mins and the buses run every 10 mins up to 5.50 in the evening. After that they are about every half hour. Had a fab stay in apartment pascal and will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Well laid out clean apartment.

Very good property close to get to the slopes but quiet at night great with kids only thing missing is another sofa not enough comfortable chairs after a day's skiing.
