The house has two very large en-suite double bedrooms, one en-suite bunk bedroom and one twin room with its own family bathroom. There is a large parking area in the front and covered area for bikes. The property also benefits from a large, sunny south facing garden at the back of the property with both lawn and decking and outdoor dining facilities.

At the bottom of Solent Avenue is a large open grassy area with duck pond and children's play ground/park overlooking the boats and the river .

It is a 2 minute walk to the estuary marina.


Lymington station has regular trains to London and is a 5 minute walk away
