About Sharon S
Hello and thank you for viewing our cottage. Harlequin is owned by me Sharon, my husband Andrew and Grace our Sprocker. We are from Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We bought the cottage in 2014 after a day trip to The Bay having heard how dog-friendly it is. We have tried to make Harlequin a home from home, providing everything that you usually have to hand. We don't want you to have to think about washing up liquid, tea-towels, and dishcloths - You're On Holiday!! We hope that you have found all the details you need. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us. We would love to hear from you. There are no added fees if you book directly through our website. Amazing Home From Home
Stayed 23rd Feb - 26th Feb 18. Although the weather was cold we were always warm and comfortable the moment we walked back in to Harlequin. Sharon and Andrew who own the property have thought of absolutely everything to make their property a real home from home. From the moment we walked in the property was clean, comfortable and has all the necessities you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable and had some of the best nights sleep whilst we've been here. There are many properties for holiday rental on the Bay but after our first stay we wouldn't consider anywhere else but Harlequin and cannot wait to return. All communication from Sharon was friendly and informative before arrival and has really thought of everything you could need whilst on holiday. Thank you for an amazing stay and we can't wait to return soon. Even our two labradors are sad to be going home. Also, a big thank you to Sharon and Andrew for the gift and birthday card for Emma's birthday, a very kind gesture. For anyone considering Harlequin, book it, you will not be disappointed!!
Wow!! Thank you so much for your very complimentary review. It is really nice to be told that we are getting things right for our guests, we do try hard to think of everything to make your stay the best it can be. You were great guests and it was lovely exchanging emails with you. We would love to welcome you back anytime - and hopefully the weather will be a little bit warmer so that you can fully enjoy the beach.
Thank you and best wishes Sharon
Loved it all !
Well, that says it all! Thank you for posting a review and letting us know that we are getting it right. You were great guests and we would love to welcome you back anytime. Best wishes Sharon
Thank you Sharon ...we loved your house....we were very lucky with the fabulous weather and the wonderful location.....just a minor mention ..we struggled with the winter duvet ....
How lovely to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Harlequin and loved our house. I agree that the location is wonderful, with lots of places to visit right on our doorstep. We do try to provide everything that a guest could want to make their holiday as perfect as possible. You really did drop on with the good weather and at home I found that any duvet was too much during that mini heatwave. Thanks and best wishes Sharon
Had a wonderful relaxed stay at the lovely Harlequin cottage
We found everything we needed and more when we recently had a weekend stay at the Harlequin. We were a party of 4 adults and 1 elderly Springer spaniel. The cottage was spacious, modern and very well equipped. We did wonder if our old timer would settle OK but he felt at home straight away...especially when he found the dog treat tin!
All communication from the owner Sharon was warm and friendly and she has definitely thought hard to make sure that visitors to the Harlequin have everything they need.
Will be booking again in the future.
Wow! What a great review - thank you. I am so pleased to hear that you all enjoyed your stay so much. It's good that your fifth family member settled in so well - and yes, treats always help. You were great guests and it was lovely communicating with you. We look forward to welcoming you back. Best wishes Sharon

Thank you for a lovely review. So good to hear that our guests are happy when they stay at Harlequin. Unfortunately we haven't yet learnt the art of perfecting the weather - but we're working on it. We would love to welcome you back any time. Best wishes Sharon
