Very comfortable apartment, with beautiful gardens and in a great location

The apartment is set in a unique and beautiful development with gorgeous gardens, pools and more. The apartment itself is really quite lovely with great views. It's centrally situated in Elviria within walking distance of many shops, banks and 15 restaurants, etc. All your amenities are at your doorstep and a 15 minute walk to the beach or a larger commercial area.

The apartment has a light filled kitchen with everything you need to make a beautiful meal to enjoy on the lovely relaxing balcony, a comfortable lounge with great views and satellite TV, luxury finishings, marble floors, induction, fireplace... and stylish decor. Your bedroom has built ins and drawers so you can settle in nicely.

The complex has a restaurant inside, large swimming pools (one of them with heated water for winter and two perfect for the kids), barbecue zones, meeting rooms, internet WIFI free, very beautiful gardens, tennis courts and all you need to enjoy your holidays. Free parking is available on the street (as the gardens themselves are pedestrian only).

A beautiful seemingly endless GOLDEN BEACH can be reached on foot within 15 minutes- a wonderful situation for the golfer, tourer or the sun lover. The beach has stunning views to the mountains, wonderful cafes and bars on the sand and spectacular sunsets.

The lively port of Puerto Banús (for clubs, restaurants and people watching) is 15 minutes by car as is the El Corte Inglés store which we call Spain's Harrods. Its a 10 minute drive by car to Marbella historic centre and buses can also take you there.

About The Owner

We are a little family who are lucky enough to manage this lovely holiday home in wonderful Elviria del Sol. An international husband and wife, Melinda from Australia And Daniel from Spain. We are a planner, developer and architect couple who aspire to create more wonderful apartments to people to enjoy. We are both citizens of the world who have travelled broadly and lived abroad, and we love appreciating new cultures, people and places.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2005

Why The Owner chose Elveria

So many reasons! Elviria del Sol is a a really unique and beautiful apartment complex that you just can't fully appreciate until you go there. It's in a great location close to everything. On top of this, the apartment has a lovely relaxing feel, is really nicely furnished and decorated and the terrace has morning sun overlooking the pool and views into the distance. Its a lovely place to getaway to relax, or even to stay and explore nearby atractions. We've only ever had happy clients!

Everything I said above in 'why this apartment'. The apartment and grounds are uniquely beautiful, the balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying meal anytime of the day.

The apartment complex is a very quiet and relaxing environment, and also is located in a well consolidated area with many restaurants and shops in the near surroundings, so you will not need a car to get the essentials and will have plenty of entertainment options at walking distance, including the beach :-)
