In the sunny south of Austria this unique chalet can be found at the water's edge in a 2017 newly opened fisherman's paradise. For angling enthusiasts this truly is a breathtaking area. Four bodies of water, each with their own characteristics, offer you the opportunity to enjoy your pastime. Also the non-anglers will love it here and can enjoy all the things that this 120 hectare resort has to offer. Your comfortable, detached Chalet enjoys a wonderful setting and consists of two separate accommodations, each with their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Perfect for two families travelling together. It offers all the comforts, ambience and space to ensure a pleasant stay. The Chalet has nice parquet flooring everywhere on the ground floor, the kitchens are equipped with all modern appliances and the bathrooms with shower and toilet are also situated on the ground floor. From the living room you can walk straight onto your patio, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sunshine. The first floor features four bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests in total. The resort also offers a restaurant with breakfast buffet and à la carte menu. The well-stocked angling shop offers everything an angler needs plus some food and cold drinks. In the area surrounding the resort are lovely walks provided by the footpath network of 800 km between the altitudes of 400 and 2200m, play golf on the 18-hole Golfpark Klopeinersee, cycling on the nearly unrestricted, 273 km worth of car-free, themed cycling routes and if you don't have your own bikes, you can hire them here. For people who love to swim there is the unique natural pool of 170m2, offering a lovely way to cool down, and the nearby Klopeinersee is also certainly worth a visit. You'll have absolutely everything here to enjoy a delightful holiday with family or friends.
