In the heart of the town
The cottage is clean warm comfortable and with everything you need even milk bread and eggs perfect for a lovely brekkie. Jason was our host as unfortunately Caroline was away for family reasons but we did meet Biscuit the cat . Beautiful host😃 thcottage is so close to the castle and the church but also the high street and a lot of eateries, pubs, shops just everything. But if you are challenged with walking up steep hills be aware that parking is only five minutes away but is up one little steep hill but you can compensate that by doing a zigzag and throw in some shopping on the way or there is a nice little jazz bar at the top of the street just have to pick your times on getting music or a drink. But it’s worth it👍Highly recommend this place the views are spectacular and location perfect.
Just loved the cottage Rye was amazing weather was lovely in fact the whole weekend was perfect would highly recommend anyone to come to Rye and stay in Seaside Cottage Max and Paul x
Lovely house to relax in
The house feels like home and everything you could need is provided both in the kitchen and the bathroom. So nice to have milk and bread waiting for you on arrival. Its very clean and has an amazing view of the marshes. We would happily stay there again.
Wonderful place to stay in the centre of Rye
Couldn't have asked for more, it was everything we wanted! Since we were coming by train, it helped that it's in walking distance of the station and so lovely to be right in the centre near all the cobbled streets.
The flat itself is great. Really clean and well equipped, and appreciated that there was a loaf of bread, milk and eggs. The sitting area is comfy and has huge views down from the window by the dining table. I just felt so relaxed here, it's a great getaway from the daily routine. Comfy bedroom and good bathroom.
Victoria is really quick to reply to any questions by email and Caroline gave us a friendly welcome - thank you!
If I were ever to visit Rye again this would be my first choice for somewhere to stay. Highly recommended.
Week in Rye
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rye - such a beautiful town made all the better by staying in a really central location in a homely, friendly house. A very warm welcome from Jason on arrival with lots of treats for us and our dog Buster. Everything you could need was readily available for a comfortable stay. The whole accommodation was spotlessly clean and the view when entering the house was to die for! Could've spent many an hour watching the tide and the changing skies - an artists dream! Will definitely be returning. Lots to see and do in surrounding area.
Fantastic. Ideal for short break away
We had a lovely stay with our small dog Rosie. Had a warm welcome from Caroline & Jason. Nice extra touches of milk, bread, eggs. Rosie even had her own bed and treats. The cottage is beautiful, very clean and well equipped with stunning views. We are looking forward to booking again.
Dear Julie it was a pleasure to have you stay. Really glad you enjoyed the break and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
