The property is in an ideal location to explore the South Hams region; Plymouth to the west, Dartmoor to the north, and the Kingsbridge & Salcombe estuary to the east. The apartment has a communal paddock area, and reserved parking for 2 cars, plus visitor parking and space for a small boat and trailer. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably, with a further truckle bed available for 1 extra guest. No. 7 provides a great base for walkers, with country, moorland, river estuary and coastline walking all within easy reach. Bigbury, Thurlstone and Dartmouth Golf courses all welcome visitors.
