A fully equipped modern town house, 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The home set in Compass Bay at the junction of Poinciana Blvd and H/way 192 a sought after central location for Disney 5-10 minutes away, and Universal studios just 15-20 minutes away, making this an ideal place to stay for all main attractions. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance with supermarkets only minutes away. Kissimmee ‘Old Town’ is a great night out a short distance away.

About Stanley Booth

We are Stanley & Trish we have 3 grown up daughters whom we have taking to Florida from the UK since they were young girls. We rented homes year after year and hoped some day to own our own home.

Eventually after a lifetime in public service for me and Trish as a district nurse we were able to own our home in the sun a lovely townhouse built in 2007.

Now as grandparents we love to see the little ones get the chance to visit Disney so we do all we can to make their stay fun, and help mom and dad get a good deal. Feel free to discuss your plans with us and ask how we can help.

Beautiful house excellent location

Everything that we hoped for made easy by Stanley a big thanks to him the house was in an excellent community with a large heated pool close by which we often had all to ourselves there are many eating places close enough to walk to if you like to have a drink with your meal so no driving required and shops and the parks within easy driving distance all in all an excellent experience We shall certainly be staying again

Great accommodation and location

We arrived on 12th October and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the accommodation as it made it very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. The facilities were also very good and we made use of the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, the location was also really good, close enough to parks and restaurants without any long drives. If I want to be really critical I would say that there could have been a little more attention paid to the cleaning prior to our arrival, there was a broken blind in the front bedroom and the house manual was a great idea but is now quite out of date.

That said, we had a fantastic holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this lovely property.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in an ideal location. Property was spacious and modern.

Loved every minute, property was everything we were looking for and more. Pool area directly behind house was immaculate and always lovely and quiet. We would recommend highly and will definitely return. Very well located for all theme parks, supermarket 2 mins away and loads of restaurants nearby.

Would have starred this 4.5 but there is not a way to do it. Overall an excellent choice

There were one or two minor defects within the property, however none that we felt a need to complain about, or to report while we were there, overall the property was both excellent value for money & of a high standard.

Having stayed many times in one of the time share properties within the area, we were delighted with the cost and standard of the accommodation, finding more than adequate space, equipment, both inside and outside the property. We also had the use of a swimming pool which was an added bonus. The property was within a quiet safe gated community and in a quiet location.

The location of the property was within easy distance of everywhere we wanted to visit, close to retail outlets, supermarkets, bars reasturaunts & entertainment of all kinds. Both Disney & Universal Parks near by are Minutes drives away.

The cost was much more reasonable & cheaper than the cost of our maintenance charge on a time share apartment close by, costing almost half the price as well as being larger & more private. We actually felt we had good value for money rather than feeling as we usually do that the accommodation did not come up to the expectations of the cost we normally pay for our Two bed, sleeps eight accommodation near by.

Booking the property was stress free and the owners answered any questions we had quickly.

Home away from home....only better!

The home is literally that a home with everything you need or want, in abundance, and some lovely touches that make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Everything was to a high standard and clean.There is plenty of good quality linens, towels, matching cutlery, glassware, crockery, cookware. There was a stroller, high chair and travel cot too, although we didn't need them as we were an adult family but thought this was worth a mention. This home has all the amenities you could hope for and has so much space. The secure gated community is well maintained and clean. The lovely large heated pool is located directly behind the home which was a bonus and had plenty of loungers and shades. We found the information pack very useful too. The location in Kissimmee is perfect close enough to all the shops and restaurants on the 192 and there is a super Walmart Superstore a little way down the road and it's not far from all of the theme parks. We hired a car and would recommend this but it's close enough to bus routes. You can tell the owners, Stanley and Patricia have put time, pride and love into their Florida home and it shows. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday there and look forward to staying there again in the future. The owners are lovely and Stanley was so helpful and made the booking transition easy and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much for allowing us to hire your lovely home and I can not recommend it highly enough. Give it a try you will not be disappointed!

From start to finish the owners were very helpful. Everything about the house is better than described. Location is spot on, being so close to all the parks, restaurants and the enormous Walmart just up the road. Property was spotless and we would highly recommend for anyone thinking of staying in the Kissimmee area. Thank you both for letting us stay in your lovely house.
