Location Location Location. Close to the sea and close to all amenities.
The villa is furnished to a high standard with landscaped well tended gardens, private 8m x 4m pool. There are several outside relaxing chill out areas to enjoy. Self contained third bedroom with entrance from garden to enjoy privacy from guests sharing in main house. The village of Chlorakas is one of the biggest villages in the area, close to Paphos old town, Tombs of the Kings and Kato Paphos harbour area. This area is peaceful and serene with many large luxurious villas scattered throughout. The coastline is peppered with luxurious hotels and there are many local restaurants to choose from.
A marooned shipwreck provides an interesting landmark in this area and when walking along the coast at dusk, the shipwreck creats a very dramatic scene.
The villa is situated almost 200m off the main road from Paphos harbor to Coral Bay Beach and a stone's throw away from the sea.
My husband and I moved to Cyprus 12 years ago and have never looked back. We saw a window of opportunity as our eldest daughter left home to start University and thought it was time for us to enjoy an adventure of our own.
We have enjoyed 12 fabulous years living in Paphos. We continue to enjoy our escape from the rat race and lovely warm climate surrounded by warm waters of the Mediterranean.
We have enjoyed living and working in Paphos - going as far as to own and run our own bar restaurant in Tombs of the Kings for three years.
We now enjoy a more leisurely way of life taking full advantage of having precious 'time on our hands' .
Loraine Evans purchased this villa in 2004

After living in different areas of Paphos, we finally found exactly what we were looking for. To be close to the sea and still enjoy being close to the town. Convenient enough to take dog on long costal walks and not feel miles away from anywhere.
Our villa accommodation on three levels was perfect. Nicole our teenage daughter was so pleased to have privacy of her own room with en suite shower on ground level away from us. She could use side entrance of garden to come in after late nights without us hearing her every step !
The accommodation layout lends itself very well to couples holidaying together.
Paphos is a charming destination steeped in history, mythology and local culture. It is also an ideal place to wander through the picturesque cobbled streets, stroll along the promenade, or simply relax around the thriving port area.
Paphos has been fairly honoured as the European Cultural Capital of 2017.
This is a delightful, spacious villa, furnished beautifully, so that you immediately feel at home. It was so peaceful to sit in the garden with its lovely trees and plants; one of us enjoyed a daily early-morning swim in the pool; and the costal path just a couple of minutes away was perfect for my pre-breakfast run.
For those who might cook, the kitchen is very well equipped; for those who can’t live without BBC TV, it’s live-streaming (rather than satellite which never seems to work in Cyprus!).
Everything was very easy to use and our 2-week stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Loraine and Gary from the three of us.

this villa is stunning I came to Cyprus to my sons wedding and the bride had originally booked to get ready at another location but on arrival decided to have it all at this villa as it was such a beautiful place for a wedding the garden was lovely with great eating places 3 in total all very well equipped and very clean the owners were very helpful when we had 1 slight problem that was just how to use the oven and hob they came around in 10 minutes and showed us how to use it they are very friendly the villa is exceptionally clean and very well laid out everything you need was there the pool is a great size and lovely on the hot days that we had if you want to escape there were plenty of seating areas to hide away and read a book and sit in the sun cant complain about anything really it was a beautiful place to stay and i would highly recommend the villa it was less than 5 min walk from the beach which was great for walking in the evening and there are lots of places nearby to eat and drink but the villa is set in a very quiet area so no noisy bars around would highly recommend staying here again thankyou gary and Loraine
We booked the villa for its outside space so we could enjoy some private down time. The villa did not disappoint, lots of space and good sized pool. The villa has everything you will need and the owners are nice and genuinely want you to have a great stay.
We arrived on 12/09/2015 and were instantly impressed by the lay-out and tasteful furnishings of this very well maintained villa. The outdoor area has a wow factor - reasonable sized pool, manicured gardens, lots of plants, very private, BBQ, large dining area which can accomodate 8 and other secluded seating areas. Loungers provided and beach towels. Plenty of shaded areas to enjoy the outdoors even when temperatures reach 37 degrees! We spent the majority of our holiday in the garden/pool area. The villa itself is spacious with 3 double bedrooms. One slight issue was there was no single bed for our 5 year old, however I never checked at time of booking. Air-conditioning was available in bedrooms, fans in living area which was fine for us. All beds were very comfortable and rooms pleasantly furnished with lots of storage.
Gary the owner checked in with us on arrival and was most accomodating and made us feel truly at home. Nothing was too much trouble - he allowed our boys to use the piano at their leisure and the speaker system which we could plug our phones into for great surround sound when listening to music.
The villa is close to the beach and 2 larger hotels if you are looking to go for a quiet drink near the sea. I would, however recommend car hire as shops are quite far away. There is a regular bus service to Coral Bay and The Harbour. We used the bus a few times and the recommended and very pleasant Taxi Driver Pluto. This was almost as cheap as the bus for 5 of us.
We had a fantastic time in Paphos and this villa made our holiday extra special. It exceeded our expectations and is run by a friendly and most helpful couple.
