Fistral Retreats is a modern bright and airy relaxing ground floor apartment. Tastefully furnished in a coordinated style with opening windows from all rooms onto manicured fenced grounds and stunning views across the famous Fistral Surfing Beach and the dramatic Cornish coastline beyond. Guests are welcome to enjoy a picnic or take a barbecue in the grounds.

One of 22 privately owned apartments, on an exclusive development on the desirable quieter Pentire Headland between the famous Fistral Surfing Beach, the beautiful River Gannel and the quaint village of Crantock. It is in an area of outstanding beauty in the quieter part of West Newquay.

It benefits from designated off road parking, central heating, laminate and tiled flooring, free WiFi, modern luxury fully equipped kitchen (washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Bosh over & grill, low fat grill, etc,). Open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Oak dining table for 4, 2 brown leather reclining sofas for 2, IPod/docking station/radio, Samsung TV & blue ray palyer. Plenty of books, children's games, PlayStation & games, DVDs.

Large main bathroom with spabath and shower over bath.

Second bedroom suitable for 2 adults or 2 children. 2 singles or 1 super king bed (zip and link). Oak wardrobe, 2 bedside cabiners and chest of 6 drawers. Hairdryer.

Mainbedroom. Suitable for 2 adults. Space for babies cot (we will provide travel cot on request). Oak wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, 6 drawer chest, hairdryer, flat screen TV. Ironing board.

It is an ideal base for touring all of Cornwall with all places of interest within an easy hour's drive. It is on the coast path ideal for walking and exploring. No car is required. Newquay Airport (7 miles), train station (1.5 miles) and on bus route to Newquay town. Ideal for families, couples and friends.

We love this part of Cornwall and have had many super holidays at Fistral Beach. The apartment was not planned, it was a spur of the moment decision. Simply, we fell in love with its whole ambiance and location by the sea and wish to share our "home from home" and enjoyment with others.

Views, location and quirkiness sold it. It is so relaxing, set in its own well maintained grounds with stunning views across the famous Fistral surfing beach. We love sitting in the peaceful lawned grounds, enjoying the fresh clean air straight off the Atlantic Ocean watching the views of the ever changing character of the sea. Love its location between Fistral Beach and the beautiful unspoilt Gannel Estuary and Crantock Beach.

"Home from home" with everything you could wish for. Furnished in a coordinated style with comfort in mind, Accommodates 4 adults and/or family of 4. Ensuite off the master bedroom. Two singles or superking double in the second bedroom. Spa bath in the main bedroom. Dedicated parking for one car.

Everything we could have hoped for. Visit Cornwall a lot and this time the apartment was "the icing on the cake" and within budget. Very peaceful, fabulous views. Will definitely return.

Relax with a book or simply watch the ever changing moods of the Atlantic Ocean. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Beds are made for guests arrival. Bath and hand towels provided for use within the apartment. Please provide your own beach towels. Kitchen towels and oven muffs provided. Bed linen and towels changed on a weekly basis.

Very clean and well appointed

The apartment has everything you need, it was like being at home.

There are DVDs, a PS 2 with games and some novels to read.

The location is great for Fristral beach and for getting the ferry across the Gannal river.

Great apartment with everything that you could want, very clean and great communication with owner whilst booking etc. Fab location, short walk to fistral beach. We had a fantastic time!

£100 good housekeeping bond payable with final payment. Returned within 2 weeks less any damages.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival will require immediate full payment and £100 good housekeeping bond.
We accept payment by cheque, BACs and PayPal (note PayPal will incur a surcharge).


Changeover Day:
Saturday during peak seasons. Flexible at other times.

Arrival time is after 4pm but our Property Manager will endeavour to ensure the apartment is turnaround swiftly to enable an earlier access.

Departure is by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on prices:
The prices are based on 4 staying at the apartment, discounts are available for a party of 2 using 1 bedroom only - please contact Barbara for details. The deposit of 30% is refundable only at the discretion of the owners.
