This luxurious property is set in the heart of the Cypriot countryside in the village of Anarita. This is a perfect location for that 5* experience with luxury surroundings and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Here you will find a 2 tier waterfall infinity pool just steps away from the patio, with the relaxing sound of the waterfall to ease the stresses away - you will also find an additional 2 other pools, which all have toilets, and shower facilities. There is also a Children's play area.

Situated in the heart of the village you will find a mini market, local wine bar named 'cork & bottle' and a fantastic restaurant known as 'olivios' where you will receive first class food and service. With all this just on the doorstep, a local 15 minute drive to Paphos harbour is where you will find the bustling strip with bars, restaurants and shops. And newly built kings avenue shopping complex. At Anarita Chorio you will see how perfect location is with the airport just 7km away (10 mins max) (flights come in and go out to sea - so there is no flight noise)

After spending many years coming to Cyprus on holiday and staying at various locations on the island, we fell in love with the Paphos area of Anarita. Anarita is perfect for all the holiday requirements as well as far enough away from it all to experience that quiet relaxing time in the sun. We purchased the property when it was just a field and have seen the progress into the beautiful development it has become. We have furnished the property to the high standard we would want from a luxury holiday and hope you would agree.

What makes this house unique

When staying at Anarita Chorio you can just sit back and relax, enjoy the fantastic weather, sounds of the waterfall 2 tier pool and ease the stresses away. Just a short walk into the village you will find a couple of local restaurants, bar/tavernas and mini mart with ATM. Paphos harbour area (15 min drive) you will find many beaches with wide variety of water sports, fantastic restaurants overlooking the sea front with bars and gift shops also a few supermarkets. Also in Paphos there is the Newly built Kings Avenue shopping mall which has a wide range of shops, food mall and cinema complex.

We have just returned from Anarita yesterday and what a time we had.

Was very peaceful during the day and the pool outside the home was ideal for cooling off in the heat of the day, average temp while there was approx. 45 degrees but with a pleasant breeze.

The house was exceptional ceiling fans in all rooms which helped to keep the rooms cool with the added bonus of air con which we did need to use for a couple of hours before sleeping at night. The use of wifi was also a bonus as we have 2 young teenagers who would not be able to function without it ;)

The décor is very modern and everything we needed was included, very impressive and the beds were very comfortable.





“Lovely accommodation in a great setting”

We booked this house last minute to be close to family who live in the village. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very well facilitated. The setting is quiet and peaceful with a lovely pool. This house is not in a tourist location but provides a great base to go exploring the island. Thank you very much we would definitely book again.

Well worth the trip

Lovely apartment, well appointed, immaculate pool area too, good restaurants within walking distance especially Olivios (a must).

Positioned centrally for sightseeing, a car is essential, easy to find and very near the lovely Mandria beach

Lovely Modern Appartment

Having read the previous reviews this place did not disappoint. Modern stylish apartment, clean and well maintained. Plenty of cupboard and draw space in both bedrooms.Wi-fi allowed us to keep in touch with loved ones back in the UK via Facetime and TV was via a Kodi/Android box which was a little bit tricky to navigate but eventually got the hang of it. Pool area was lovely and we virtually had it to ourselves each day.

Leigh was very prompt in responding to our enquires/questions, and out in Cyprus, Stuart and Anne (property managers) were very helpful and friendly.

Anarita village is 10-15 min walk from apartment. Olivio's restaurant does superb food, we dined there 3 times and each time the meals were excellent. Yes you do pay a bit more but well worth it. Sadly Jo's Dinner has gone so we were not able to experience that one. There is a new Wine Bar called the Cork & Bottle shortly to open up in the village. If you want a great view then try a place called 'Muse' , it is a contemporary restaurant/bar where you can sit outside and admire the view overlooking Paphos.

Did a whole day up Troodos Mountains including Mt. Olympus with great scenery along the way. Kykkos Monastery definitely worth a visit whilst in the area. Takes about hour and half to get there from Paphos by car.

Would certainly stay at this property again if we decide to visit Cyprus in the future.

If I could award 10 stars I would

Having stayed in many hotels & self catering apartments over the years I'm not joking when I say that this place tops them all.

The booking process was simple & Leigh was helpful & thorough throughout, sending us directions from the airport as well as other helpful documentation.

The images of this place don't do it the justice it deserves. As we walked through the front door my wife was throwing all sorts of compliments my way for finding such a great place, & there was also a nice complementary bottle of wine which was a nice little touch that my wife certainly needed no time in dispatching. The property itself is clean, modern, luxurious & has everything you could need or want to spend your holiday here including a proper hair dryer, Iron & all kitchen utensils. Through the living area double doors you arrive on the shaded terrace which leads to the pool area. As it was September the pool area was virtually empty & we had it to ourselves. Another beauty of this place is that you can sunbath, have a dip in the pool, or relax on the shaded terrace & you're never more than 20 meters away from each other.

If you intend on not driving there are a few restaurants within walking distance, namely Olivio's which we visited & had a very nice meal. There's also Jo's Diner which we didn't visit but is rated by the locals. We actually hired a car for the week which I would advise due to the remote location. There is a generous parking area on the complex & a very large supermarket about 5 minutes away to stock up on food & drink.

We visited various resorts throughout the week. Kato Paphos (20 minutes away) Coral Bay (30 minutes away) & Pissouri (25 minutes away) There is a very family orientated theme to these areas, & I would say that Pissouri is for the traveler who appreciates nice restaurants/bars on a very elegant & pretty square, Coral Bay is still great but at the opposite end of the spectrum with your livelier restaurants/karaoke bars & Kato Paphos has a bit to satisfy both.

In conclusion I couldn't recommend this property highly enough & we would definitely consider staying here again. Give it a go & discover for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

EXCELLENT 5 STAR PROPERTY

After looking for another area and property to stay in Cyprus we came across Leigh's property and felt it offered the best for our needs.

From the first enquiry to departing for our holiday, Leigh has been very helpful and prompt in his reply's to us.

The property is by far the best we have stayed in over the years we have been using Owners Direct. From the moment we entered the property we noticed how spotlessly clean it was, and how well it was presented.

It is set on a larger complex then what we normally holiday on, however it had a community spirt to it with the other owners being very friendly and taking a lot of pride in how their property's looked, including the garden maintenance and pool area.

It is a 5 minute walk to the village centre, there are only 2 restaurants and a bar in the village, both worth a meal at, but for that special meal Olivio's is the best. Not too far away are the village's of Timi and Mandria and there are other places to eat there. Then there is Paphos which is aprrox 15 minutes drive away. A car is essential and I'm very lucky in my partner drinks very little so doesn't mind driving.

If you want a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, this is the place for you.

We stayed for 3 weeks here and within the first week had contacted Leigh to rebook for next year, that was how much we were impressed with the holiday. Highly recommended.

Superb modern accommodation

Fantastic well equipped accommodation, beautiful surroundings.

Everything you need for a perfectly relaxing holiday.

Choice of three lovely pools.

Few minutes walk to village centre and restaurants.

Short journey to airport and Paphos. Really ideal location.

Wi Fi was a bonus which came in very handy.

We would certainly recommend Leigh and Carly's townhouse .

We are definitely returning next year.

Peaceful located with nice surrounding.

Two weeks in this place and we have found new energy. A great place to go on excursions from. The closeness to Paphos was perfect and Limassol wasn't to far away either. Lot's of beautiful and historic places to visit and the sunset is to die for. A trip up in the Troodos is a must!

The house had everything you need. One could possibly ask for a real coffee brewer and some chairs and a parasol to bring to the beach. But we managed.

Would definitely recommend this place. Everything worked smoothly from the request up on til leaving for home again.
