Why Linda Boyce chose Alicante Province and Costa Blanca

I brought this Villa as it was detached as my first Villa was joined and I found hard hearing my neighbours. I chose Playa Flamenco as it is so near to every thing and it is in a very quite place as only excess to owners. My reason for having a villa in Spain is it is only just over 2 hours on the plane from Gatwick. I was Married at the time and it was going to be for us when we retired but I am on my own now so I like to go out but come back to my family.

Notes on accommodation: The property is on two levels. The villa is fully equipped for every day living. There is a separate terrace on the ground floor for outdoor dining etc and a private garden area with table and chairs etc. Close to golf courses, Saturday street market and the new La Zenia boulevard shopping centre. There is a comunal swimming pool availability for you to swim in. Close to award winning beaches. Barbecue available. Outside: Covered terrace with lighting suitable for outside dining. table and four chairs. Utility Room: No utility room at property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen provided. No maid service. The property will be cleaned. There is a cleaning charge payed to my before you go out of fifty five pounds.

Fab winter break

This is the second time we have stayed at Linda;s villa and again it was a fabulous villa everything you ould want for and very close to all amenities expecially La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Lovely location and friendly neighbours.

Absolutely fabulous villa

This villa was absolutely fantastic we have stayed in lots of properties but this is by far the best. It was only a 10 minute walk from La Zenia Boulevard which was brilliant. The Property Manager Karen was very helpful. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Coast/Beach

The local Playa Flamenca beaches are less than a mile away and are awarded the European Blue Flag. There is also a local Naturist Beach in a secluded cove. The Orihuela Costa is 16km of coastline at the southern end of the Costa Blanca. The main beaches have services such as showers, toilets, ramps, life guard services, first aid and small beach bars in high season. There are also several small natural coves backing onto the cliffs.

Travel:

From Alicante Airport it takes around 40 minutes to drive to Playa Flamenca. Murcia (San Javier) Airport is a 20 minute drive. Playa Flamenca is easily accessed from either the N332 coast road or the AP7 motorway. A hire car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance and there are local buses. Airport transfers can be arranged at extra cost.

Distances:

The Villa is close to local shops, including a large supermarket and the huge La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall complex. The local Saturday market takes place at the end of the road. There are tourist attractions to suit all tastes: go-karting, horse riding, quad biking, water parks, water sports, walks, salt lakes, bowling and the famous Mar Menor, known for its water sports and mud baths! is approx. 30mins drive.

Further Details:

There are business cards for various 'tried and tested' restaurants within the local area. The Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre and the huge La Zenia Boulevard complex cater for all types of food lovers. There are also beach side cafes and restaurants open for breakfast right through to supper time so you can look at the sea while enjoying your meal.

Local shops sell souvenirs and crafts and there are several supermarkets and banks.
