Why Maria Symonds chose Los Cristianos
I chose this property as it is only 3-4 minutes walk to the Beach and a 10 minute walk along the Seafront to Los Cristianos Town Centre. If you continue to walk along the Seafront you will reach Playa de Las Americas, which is very lively and more suitable for young people with a Theatre, Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs. Playa de Las Americas is also a short taxi ride away, should you wish to go out for Dinner in the evening. We recommend the Safari Centre, where there are many cocktail Bars and Restaurants. The Mare Nostrum Theatre is just opposite the Safari Centre, with live Flamenco Shows.

Very clean and equipped with everything needed for self catering.
The property was well positioned. The added bonus was the additional shower room. Although small this did not hinder us. The balcony was adequate for sunbathing and we got the sun from 11ish until late. I would recommend this property.

Ok, but not quite as advertised.
The apartment is ok as a base for your holiday, although the décor and equipment provided is a little tired. The main room is pretty large, as is the main bedroom, but the 2nd bedroom is rather small with very limited storage space. Whilst the en suite bathroom is pretty cramped, the 2nd bathroom is absolutely tiny and smells constantly of the drains. Overall though, the apartment generally has all the appliances and equipment you need for a holiday.
The view from the balcony is poor, in that it looks at the side of the apartment block in front, and the sun in only on the balcony during the afternoon and early evening.
Biggest complaint is that there is no internet, contrary to what was advertised. We contacted the apartment manager and an engineer attended 2 days later but he was unable to rectify, stating that the router is at the other end of the complex and the Wi-Fi signal is too weak to reach as far as this apartment. We also lost all TV reception (which was only 3 channels anyway), which took 4 days for someone to attend and fix.
Overall, an average apartment in a nice, well located complex, but spoilt by there being no internet, contrary to what was advertised, and poor response to requests for repairs.

Our maintenance man informed us that the TV was working and the clients had WIFI access when he left. He gave the clients his mobile number to call him in case his assistance were required again. Neither the maintenance man, nor the management team(ourselves) received a call, message or email from the clients after the initial visit to suggest there was a further problem.
The Wifi Username and Password is supplied on the noticeboard in the apartment for client use.
As clearly stated in the General Information document and Arrival Instructions document which we send to all clients:
• Wifi is also available at the Café-Bar onsite. Ask Bar staff for their Wifi code.
The clients came at Christmas time, so understandably the hours of sunshine on the Balcony vary according to the Seasons. We receive favourable comments from our clients about the sunshine throughout most of the year, who find the parasol provided much needed.
We will take the other comments into consideration.
Coast/Beach: 3 minutes walk to the seafront & the beach, & 4 mins into the local town of Los Cristianos. There is on road parking. Travel: Reina Sofia Airport - approx 15 minutes by car Car hire is not essential Further Details: Los Cristianos is a thriving town with restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. The town & the seafront is quite flat & you can walk along the seafront until you reach Las Americas( about 15 mins) affording long leisurely walks with plenty of places to stop for a cooling drink, spot of lunch, or entertainment for you to enjoy with your evening meal.
