A stylish 4 bedroom house with many original features situated in an ideal location. The house is decorated in a contemporary style with many home comforts. On the ground floor; living room, kitchen/diner, utility room and large shower room. First floor: 1x double room, 1x twin room and a small room with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom on this level. This property has a spacious room in the attic with a double bed and sea glimpses. To the rear of the property there is a small courtyard.

Why Sara-Jane welch chose St Ives area

As a child I holidayed in St Ives every year with my family, Aunties, Uncles and cousins. Since having our children we have continued that tradition and visit every year. My husband proposed to me on Porthmeor Beach.

So our love for St Ives encouraged this latest venture. We are looking forward to many more holidays in the future. Our home is special to us and we hope that those who stay in it feel the wonderful vibes that this house and St Ives has to offer.

What makes this house unique

Bedford Road is situated in an idyllic position very close and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, several beaches and the beautiful picturesque harbour.

Notes on accommodation: Please enquire if you are interested in less than a weeks booking as this may be possible. very efficient central heating system high chair and travel cot available on request Outside: bench Small courtyard with table and chairs accessed from rear lane and utility room. Outdoor tap. Utility Room: Microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included and changed at the end of first week if booked for a 2 week stay. Property will not be cleaned during a 2 week stay. Other: The kitchen/diner houses the dining table with 6 chairs. There is a bench that can be used when needed.

Why go abroad?

Our little house was right in the middle of St Ives! 5 mins down the hill to the main street, then along to the beach or harbour. The house was modern, clean, well equipped and plenty of space for 6 ladies without us getting on top of each other...perfect! We were so lucky with the weather as it was really hot for most of the week and dry until the day we left. ACE taxis were great to collect us from the station and back. I would well recommend the Sloop if you want a beer + plus great live music and food! Fabulous little holiday!

Great location, lovely , modern , clean house

We were 2 families of 4 sharing the house children aged 12,11 and 2 X 9yrs old boys.

We all found the house very comfortable , and had plenty of room , to be honest we weren't in the house that often so it wasn't a problem. House decor very modern and clean.

Location was good, coop supermarket nearby for essential.

All beaches within easy walking distance. Great location overall

Superb family home

A wonderful, perfectly located 'home from home' in St Ives. My husband and I, together with our 4 teenagers, felt this property made our holiday - lovely to retreat to each evening, all facilities excellent. Thank you for sharing - we will be returning soon!

Lovely house, brilliant location!

We stayed here in July, 5 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect. Large enough so you are not tripping over each other and the location is brilliant, with the town centre and beaches being only a short stroll away. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
