A stylish 4 bedroom house with many original features situated in an ideal location. The house is decorated in a contemporary style with many home comforts. On the ground floor; living room, kitchen/diner, utility room and large shower room. First floor: 1x double room, 1x twin room and a small room with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom on this level. This property has a spacious room in the attic with a double bed and sea glimpses. To the rear of the property there is a small courtyard.

Why Sara-Jane welch chose St Ives
As a child I holidayed in St Ives every year with my family, Aunties, Uncles and cousins. Since having our children we have continued that tradition and visit every year. My husband proposed to me on Porthmeor Beach. So our love for St Ives encouraged this latest venture. We are looking forward to many more holidays in the future. Our home is special to us and we hope that those who stay in it feel the wonderful vibes that this house and St Ives has to offer.

Bedford Road is situated in an idyllic position very close and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, several beaches and the beautiful picturesque harbour.

Great Town Centre location and really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere.Also peaceful and quiet street with little traffic so ideal all round.Just need a bigger fridge !

Great location, great value!
We had a fantastic October half term week in this lovely house. There were 8 of us (2 families) and the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of space. While downstairs is not huge, we all squeezed round the dining table for convivial family meals and card games at night. There were plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The house is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and harbour. There is no parking spot but we paid for a week in the nearby long stay car park (£47).
It was useful having the little back yard with hosepipe and washing line for washing and drying off wetsuits at the end of the day. There is a decent dishwasher and washing machine in the utility area, though the fridge is rather small for 8 people! All in all, a great place to stay.

Lovely house situated not too far from the harbour, Fore Street and beaches.
Spacious and open plan property, comfortable for 8 people and nicely decorated with 2 modern bathrooms and excellent shower facilities.
We have stayed in St. Ives multiple times and this accommodation is good quality and excellent value. We have already booked again for next year!
Clean modern house
Nice clean house and less than a five min walk to bars, shops, harbour etc.
Why go abroad?
Our little house was right in the middle of St Ives! 5 mins down the hill to the main street, then along to the beach or harbour. The house was modern, clean, well equipped and plenty of space for 6 ladies without us getting on top of each other...perfect! We were so lucky with the weather as it was really hot for most of the week and dry until the day we left. ACE taxis were great to collect us from the station and back. I would well recommend the Sloop if you want a beer + plus great live music and food! Fabulous little holiday!

5 Beautiful sandy beaches all within a 10 minute walk. Porthmeor is a great surf beach with extensive golden sands. Fantastic beach restaurants and cafes that are internationally recognised.

Train station in St Ives 5 min walk ...regular service from St Erth
Bus station 5 min walk
Leisure centre is within walking distance.
Many interesting shops as well as 2 Co-op stores just 5 minute walk away. A larger Tesco store 5 minute drive.

Booking Notes: We will take a 10% non-refundable deposit to reserve your booking. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your stay. Once that payment is made it is also non-refundable. In addition we require a £75 breakages deposit when balance is due which is refundable after your stay. Changeover Day: Saturday changeover day but can be flexible Notes on prices: Weekend rates apply off season only. Please enquire.
