A newly renovated Victorian garden flat only a stones throw from the beach and within only a few minutes walk to nearby bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.Saltburn is only a short distance from the beautiful North Yorkshire moors national park and also the many lovely North Yorkshire coastal villages and towns.

Saltburn offers all you would need for a break by the seaside, with its long pier, eight miles of golden sands, rock pools,huge cliffs,a promanade with everything from coffee shops, fish n chips, to surf hire and a cliff lift giving access to the immaculately laid out Victorian town of Saltburn, where yet again you will find lovely shops,bars,restaurants, take aways and much more.

Saltburn also has a small Theatre that hosts many events throughout the whole year. a farmers market and craft and Vintage fairs run frequently throughout the year.There is always plenty of activity in and around the area of Saltburn, famous also for its serious surfing, and many walks including the Cleveland way.For those who just want a relaxing break Saltburn is a good choice offering many relaxing bars restaurants and lovely Bistro's and coffee shops.

There are many places to visit in Saltburn such as the lovely Valley gardens, which is a great haven for wildlife, trees and plants. There are also an adventure playgrounds and it also has it own minature railway the walks around the gardens is also pushchair friendly. also visit the Valley woodland centre which is ideally suited for youth groups and families and offers challenging but fun programmes of activities.

If you would like to venture further afield Saltburn is within easy access of the beautiful North Yorkshire moors, and also the lovely Coastal Villages of North Yorkshire including, Staithes, Runswick bay, Robin hoods bay and Whitby.

The bus routes and good and Saltburn has its own railway station giving access to other local places to visit.

My Name is June and I have lived and worked as a Nurse in the Cleveland and North Yorkshire area all of my life.I bought my garden flat in Saltburn only 3 years ago and it has been totally renovated to a high standard for the purpose of holiday letting.

Why june hume chose Yorkshire Moors and Coast

The property is in the perfect location for people visiting the area who want either a relaxing holiday by the Sea or to do some sightseeing of the local area and North Yorkshire coastline and moors.

What makes this apartment unique

The flat benefits not only for its ideal position but also it ease of parking and entry to the flat. The flat itself has been decorated and renovated to a very high standard and also benefits from a small front patio area for the sole use of the guests staying at my flat. The position of the flat is perfect and allows easy access to both the beach and also the small unique town of Saltburn and all that it has to offer.

Special interest holidays:

Saltburn is the ideal venue for surfing and walking as it sits on the Cleveland way and has many other walks.There is also of local golf course and many other nearby golf courses.


The beach is only minutes away and is reached by some steps opposite the apartment or the Furnicular (cliff lift) only a few minutes from the apartment.


Saltburn has good bus routes to outlying towns and villages, and also has its own railway station.


Other places to visit;

Staithes which is a very quaint fishing village only around 15-20 mins drive.

Runswick bay is a beautiful coastal village only 20 mins drive away.

Whitby is a larger coastal town with many lovely and unusual shops,also restaurants and bars galore and is well worth a visit and is only 30 minutes drive away.

Notes on accommodation: The property is part of a Grade 11 listed Victorian building and has other residents within the building we therefore do not accept hen or stag parties and ask our guests to be respectful of other residents.pets are welcome but we only accept one small well behaved pet for any further queries regarding pets please contact June. I may be able to help if you give further details about your pet.please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding the flat or the area. Outside: The flat has its own small front garden and patio area with a table and chairs and is suitable for sitting out on a sunny morning, or just relaxing with a glass of wine on an evening. There is also a communal rear garden which is currently undergoing renovation, whilst you may use the rear garden to sit in I must advise that it is not recommended for small children and pets must not be allowed in this area to wander freely.The rear garden also hosts the wheelie bins. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided.
