Sunday available on request. • Air-conditioning. • Under-floor heating in the bathrooms. • 2 Front patios with a view of the ocean. • Situated opposite the sea, 100 meters to Bali Beach, 300 meters to Bakoven beach and 780 meters to Camps Bay beach and “Village”. • 24 Hour security. • North Facing hence basks in Southern hemisphere sun all day. • Uncapped WIFI. • Very exclusive and quiet. Only 4 apartments in whole block. • Unfortunately the apartment is not hugely child friendly, therefore we advise extreme caution with children under 5. Outside: Outdoor table with seating for 4 people. Sun loungers by the private pool. Each bedroom has a private balcony or terrace, though only the main bedroom has views. Utility Room: 2 Stand-Up Paddleboards available exclusively for guests of 202. Bali Bay, opposite, is perfect for paddling across on a wind-free day. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: maid service 6 days a week. Towels and linen provided and changed twice a week or as needed. Other: Open plan 6 seater dining room next to the kitchen and lounge with gas fireplace, Plasma TV, DSTV, DVD, Ipod/Iphone docking station and surround sound.

Beta Beach (bakoven) is less than a 3 minute walk, 300 metres from the apartment. The ideal north facing (sunny all day) sheltered beach is a hidden gem in camps bay. The main beach, Camps Bay is a 10 minute walk away (800 metres)


30 minute drive from Cape Town International. Parking for one car is provided.
