An apartment with wonderful sea views and off street private parking. Situated a few minutes walk from the large sandy beach and village. A short drive to the Royal North Devon championship Golf Club and Westward Ho! Tennis Club. This large comfortable apartment accommodates four people in two bedrooms with a family bathroom ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds. The large living /dining room has magnificent views out to sea towards Lundy Island, the beach and cliffs. The living room is equipped with a TV and DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Linen and towels are provided and the apartment has full gas central heating. No Pets allowed and no children .........

extremely comfortable with stunning views/sunsets

As I permanently use a powered wheelchair access is extremely important and this review is from a wheelchair users perspective.

A very large and spacious flat with great views of the sea, comfortable beds and a large kitchen. Good wheelchair access from the front but only a pull-in drop-off space for cars and very narrow pavement from the lowered kerb which is some distance away the via road to the entrance. Wheelchair access from the rear (ample) car park was good but fiddly with someone having to access the underground garage area to open the garage door from the inside to allow access (pedestrian doors All have thresholds) Once inside the flat there are wide doorways with ample turning areas. The master bedroom with en suite shower room is NOT accessible to someone in a wheelchair as built in wardrobes are too close to the door way. Access to the second bedroom was very good and easy to negotiate. The main bathroom was easy to access and transfer to bath (bring own bath lift), over bath shower and toilet is relatively easy but there are no grab/hand rails. All in all a very nice comfortable flat.

Lovely apartment, perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our short break. Spacious, clean and everything you could need for a self catering stay. Few minutes walk to restaurants and sea front but in a quiet location. Margaret was really helpful in sorting the booking out and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Enjoyed watching the sun set over the sea from the comfort of the living room after a hard day rock pooling. Can't wait to visit again.

Brilliant property

Stayed here for a 3 night stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Fantastic location situated very closely to amenities. The sea views were amazing, we loved waking up each morning and looking out to the sea! Very spacious, big comfy beds and everything was provided which you'd need. The owner Ian responded very quickly to my enquiry which was appreciated. Check in and departure were stress free. Margaret the housekeeper greeted us to show us the property and hand over the keys, even when we arrived late due to traffic there were no problems.

Only slight thing I would say is that for a more comfortable stay the lounge area could have sofas rather than 4 individual chairs, but that is only me being extremely picky. We would love to stay again in the near future!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Alles sehr gepflegt, schöne Aussicht

vom Wohnzimmer, bequemes Sofa . Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, Parkplatz geschützt im Hinterhof. Läden, Strand, Wanderweg in unmittelbarer Nähe.

luxory flat with fantastic view

a large, very good equipped (kitchen) and clean flat, quiet and friendly neighbours ;-) We really recommend that accomodation!! We got a warm welcome from Margaret, she has explained all things we want to know and some more (restaurants, where we can find towls, etc)

Westward Ho! itself is also a nice little village with several attractions for kids and.

Thanks a lot to Margaret and Ian for this 10-days-holiday that we made in your appartment! Regards Joachim and family.

Hopefully we see us again!

My late wife and I bought the flat for our retirement and to join the Royal North Devon Golf Club and the Westward Ho! Tennis club. I love the walks along the beach and coastal paths. Also the Tarka Trail for cycling and the many restaurants nearby and other resorts in the area.
