3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms top floor penthouse apartment, spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen & utility room all fully equipped. Large balcony with BBQ & outdoor patio furniture, sun loungers & sea view. Sun loungers/chairs for pool use. Air conditioning units in all bedrooms. communal pool which is gated. unlimited wifi available.The apartment is ideally located to all local amenities shops & restaurants. A 20 min drive from Murcia airport & 55 min drive from Alicante i can also arrange airport transfers if needed. Playa Flamenca & La Zenia beaches within walking distance. Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is a 10 min walk. 50 euros cleaning charge for 2 people, 60 euros 3 to 6 people & 70 euros 7 plus. Parking available. Travel cot & high chair. All linen & towels included except beach towels. Check in is flexible however at busy times checkin 4pm & checkout 11am

We live in the UK with our 4 children who range from 5-18 years old. We have been holidaying at the apartment for 9 years. We also spend time there with our friends. Each of us love our apartment for various reasons, Tony & I love the relaxing pace of the holiday. Our children love the pool, beaches, activities & nightlife. Has the weather is great all year round & not far to travel from the UK ( 2hour 40mins flight) we can take regular breaks should it be for a long weekend or family holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

We are within walking distance to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping centre, a car is not essential however a short drive away will bring you to lots of superb beaches, shops etc. Benidorm is only an hours drive away. We have spent many evenings barbequing on our balcony whilst the children have played or spent time in the pool.

The bedrooms, living room and bathrooms fully furnished. Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and dining area air conditioning in all rooms. Communal gated pool. Quiet residential community, on street parking. Suitable for families and golfers. Close to all amenities, Saturday market and Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. Smoking not permitted inside the property. Baby equipment provide at additional costs. Outside: There is a large balcony with BBQ, sun loungers dining table with chairs including cushions, and sun canopies. A gated communal pool with life guard in peak season. The pools are cleaned and checked daily. On street parking . Utility Room: Washing machine, iron & ironing board, hoover and cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen. Bed linen and house towels provided. Please use own beach towels. End of stay and laundry/ cleaning fee of 60 euros/ 70 euros for groups of 7or more. payable direct to key holder. Extra cleaning can be arranged via key holder if required. Other: Large balcony with built in barbecue, outdoor dining table with chairs including cushions, 2 Sun loungers.

Excellent property, top floor so quite a few stairs but the view and size of apartment and property

Lovely apartment

Really liked the apartment it was clean and spacious with wifi and tv with English channels.the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need .the balcony was huge with a built in barbecue which my husband loved we more or less lived there most of the week we were there it was so peaceful and relaxing .the beach was about twenty minutes walk but we are slow walkers because of the heat so for most it wouldn't take so was a great holiday and would recommend to anyone

Lovely spacious & modern apartment.

We had a lovely time staying for 2 weeks in this apartment. I would highly recommend it for large families as it is spacious & you don't feel on top of each other. Lorraine the owner was very helpful & informative from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble for her, which made the whole booking and planning experience much easier for us. Highly recommend *****

A lovely apartment

This is a very well appointed apartment in a great area close to everthing you would need.

Airconditioning is fab as is the large balcony.

Great place :-)

The apartment was great, spacious and well equipped. We really loved the terrace and the position, near the shops and a lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I can highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again if I go back to this place:-)

The local Playa Flamenca beaches are less then a mile away and have been awarded the European Blue Flag.The Orihuela costa is 16km of coastline at the southern end of the Costa Blanca. The main beaches have services such as showers, toilets, ramps life guards, first aid and small beach bars in high season. There are also two sports marinas on the Costa for water sports.


Playa Flamenca is a 20 minute drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport, Playa flamenca is accessable from the N332 coast road or the AP 7 motorway. Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive to Playa Flamenca on the N332 or AP7 It is not essential to hire a car as all amenities are within walking distance, there are also local buses. Our key holder can provide airport transfers by arrangement if not hiring a car.


The Mercadona supermarket and Zenia Boulevard shopping centre are a 15 minute walk. There is also a local bank and gym including bars and shops. The Saturday market takes place nearby. There are lots of attractions to suit all ages and tastes, such as go-karting ,museums, horse riding, quad biking, water parks, zoo, salt lakes, bowling, mini golf . Just a 20 minute drive is Mar Menor famous for its water sports and mud baths. Details for attraction, activities are available in the apartment.

At the apartment you will find telephone number for emergency services, medical centres, taxi's and airports. There is also a folder for various tried and tested restaurants and bars within the local area. The Flamenca beach commercial centre, via park centres and the Boulevard shopping centre have an array of different foods, shops sell everything from souvenirs, crafts to clothing and furniture. For those wishing to venture further a field the key holder can provide transport Local buses are also available. The key holder is also available to assist when necessary.

Costs are shown as per week. An additional charge of 60 Euro for 1-6 people or 80 Euro for 6-8 people is for end of stay cleaning. Dates shown are Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is 4pm & departure is 10am, however we can be flexible whenever possible with times & dates. Payment to be made in sterling a deposit of £150 is required to secure booking, full payment is due 10 weeks prior to holiday. A fully refundable bond of £100 is required with final payment.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
